"Really disappointed in how the is store’s service and quality has declined over the years. I’m a long time delivery and pickup customer, and while I was in undergrad I was also a delivery employee at this location. So I’m quite familiar with the delivery routes.I placed my order through text this evening, and an hour later received a call an HOUR after my order was placed from Jessica the “manager”, stating that they don’t deliver to my address, and I questioned her as they have delivered to my home as recently as the 2/5/2022, and she stated nothing has changed but a manager must always bypass it. I work in AI so I’m familiar with how these systems work and I sincerely doubt the text-to-order system just has a manager sitting around to “override” text orders for this store. Her response was she that only had one driver.I was told I was not allowed to order by Jessica ever again, which is fine as this store is likely to close in the future anyway when they can’t staff more than single driver on a Saturday night, they won’t be able to keep business. They should probably replace their in-store management asap."
