"Let me begin by saying that I love the food. I've been going to the RGV sites for years before I go to SA. My problem is with service and special management. Starting with a previous visit to pick up a phone order and the manager who talked with me quite inappropriately because I waited in the wrong place and she had important people coming for a meeting at a table nearby. Nice, a problem, once, right? Well, in the last few weeks our orders have not made any articles or incorrect. Last to Mother's Day: ordered online, went on pickup in person, just to find out when I was home that one of the items was wrong. I called the restaurant and told them what happened. The employee seemed like she wanted to help me, then put me in the grip for a moment. She just came back on the phone to tell me that the manager was very busy and couldn't talk right now. She took my number and said the manager would call in the afternoon. Days later and still no call as expected. At this point you simply take my money and don't really worry about the result. Again, food is good, but they seem very bad administration at this point. Maybe it's time to find a better option."
