"Terrible service at this restaurant. We ordered through Grubhub and requested extra eel sauce and spicy mayo over the phone with Mariana and another girl on December 20, 2021. Despite their agreement to add the sauces, our order arrived without any. When we called back, Mariana just made excuses and went silent on the phone, showing a lack of concern for the mistake. It's clear that these employees are not customer service oriented and do not prioritize customer satisfaction. We will not be recommending this place to anyone for takeout, as they are unprofessional and fail to take care of their customers."
