"I picked Rice Sushi and Bistro because my wife and I had lunch there several times. Our friends joined us for a great evening of dinner and conversation. I like the restaurant because they very much cater to my gluten free needs. Items that can be made gluten free are clearly marked on the menu. As GF people will know, in some places it will be salad and maybe one or two entrees, but not here. They have a lot of options and even come with the GF soy sauce to ensure that you have a great meal. All four of us ordered something different and shared the entrees in so far as possible. In spite of the large serving sizes, we managed to leave with 4 clean plates. We all commented that this will be a place that we would return for another meal."

"This is the best sushi place of NYC. I have tried many places in many cities. Rakuzen hands down has the best fried food menu and sushi menu around. At All the other sushi places the food has an odd taste. Even the fried foods at those places is subpar. They all did have nice staff though and good service i must say. Now as for Rakuzen's sushi it really is super fresh and tasty. Each item is distinct. The tuna takai is great. The sexy spicy tuna roll is amazing. The spicy crunch tuna is also a favorite. If you go try their rock shrimp and fried tuna dumplings. As for their service it is good overall. They are so busy so on those super busy days your food takes a bit longer. If you go when its not busy its like they cater only to you. I love thay place and so do many others i see when i am there. The staff is very kind even if sometimes they rush. They can't help it. The place is popular. STILL AMAZING 5 years later. The prices have gone up but you get a lot of food."

"Are there fancier sushi places around? Yes. But, for the price, I think Tokyo Grill is a great little place. I admit, I wasn 't so sure when we pulled in the parking lot, and even when we walked inside. But, I am glad we tried this place out! There was one woman running the entire place! She was serving the tables, washing dishes and even made our sushi! I ordered the Chef 's Special Combination (a combo or nagiri and sashimi). Oh my gosh! That first bite of tuna sashimi had me sold! It practically melts in your mouth. My friend got the alaskan roll and the caterpillar roll and said both were very good. We think you should give Tokyo grill a try!"

"My friends and I recently visited this restaurant. We were impressed by how nice it looked. Unfortunately, our entire experience was ruined by the server/greeter who we asked for a seat. We asked him if we can could get a table for four. He said without looking at us in an incredibly disdainful way 'sit where ever you like '. It was very hot inside so I casually asked him is there AC that could be turned on, and he said 'we don 't have AC working, if you don 't like it you can go somewhere else '. I have never seen someone hosting a restaurant behaving like this. My wife was furious at his behavior but we decided not to get into an argument and simply left. There were many other restaurants in the same area and we had a great time elsewhere. This young man looked in his thirties maybe. I really hope the owner of the restaurant can take corrective actions because such behavior is quite unacceptable and regrettable."
