"Bar Bolonat offers a variety of interesting dishes from Israel and the Eastern Mediterranean. Fried olives are an interesting and unique appetizer. Food would be familiar to someone familiar with Mediterranean cooking, but several dishes were very interesting and new to me. Preparation is excellent."
