"I used to love this place, but it's not what I remember it to be. Due to good memories here, I chose this place for a nice dinner with an old friend. Upon entering, the first thing I noticed was high humidity and a hot room temperature (not ideal for sushi... . I'm a cold natured person too, so I don't say that often. It was more humid in there than outside. When seated, we were presented with 5 6 menus for options to choose from. After ordering our drinks, we proceeded to look through the menus. We were barely 3 minutes in when the waitress asked us for our order we were not ready, so we told her so. A few minutes later, she asks again we were only on the third menu for browsing at that point, so no. A few minutes after that, she asked again (in an annoyed tone , so we ordered random things and she took all the menus that we were not done browsing through yet. Being rushed for a sit down meal with a server... not really ideal? If you wanted to rush people in and out, have a similar structure to Chipotle. Being rushed really distracts from tasting the food. Though I believe the food was decent, with the sushi being about average, this poor service took away from the taste, leaving us unsatisfied with our visit. Additionally, for what we got, $100 (includes tip was considerably more than other competitors the food was too average to justify that. I could make better at home. In the end, we paid for a mediocre experience for mediocre food (for the price ."
