"first I want to be honest and truthful about this assessment. nikugen steak ramen has ingenious eating and decent service. now to the kitchen staff. during my recent visit to this evening (with a birthday party of 11 and a $350 bill), the kitchen staff refused to give me a small amount of lemon, ingwer and white vinegar or sell to make a sauce that is safe for me, people with nutritional restrictions (diabetes.) that is served with the meal too sugar. one, yell at you that you didn't help me. they obviously don't care about their customers and their health. my simple question was not exaggerated.
