"This was our visit to Balmoral and it wonât be our last. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, dinner, service. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the bartender was given our choice of tables at which to sit. The China sets (the shoe filled w/toothpicks is a nice touch) plaid runners on every table were a homey Scottish touch. Our waitress was so friendly accommodating from beginning to end. We began with soups: potato leek ham/pea; both were very tasty. Entrees: fish chips grilled salmon; excellent on both. Loved the idea of having shared sides of carrots, whipped potatoes, buttered potatoes, green beans. Will have to save room next time for desserts as they sounded delish.
