ORIGINAL REVIEW: Had a disappointing experience tonight. Ordered a chirashi don through Uber Eats and usually received sashimi style slices of fish on rice. Instead, I received chopped fish with scrambled eggs. When I called, they explained it was part of a transition to AZN. Disappointed with the lack of assistance offered. Will not be ordering from them again as I can get better quality poke bowls for a lower price elsewhere. It's unfortunate to lose another option for decent quality sushi in the area."

"I had a terrible experience with the food at Ken's. The simple platter featured spring rolls that were undercooked and had a fishy taste, shrimp tempura that was greasy, and wings that tasted cheap and frozen, despite being labeled as wings. The teriyaki chicken tasted overwhelmingly of vinegar, and to make matters worse, there were no sauces included with the delivery. The triple delight dish was equally disappointing. I definitely will not be ordering from Ken's again."

"I’ve been ordering delivery from here for years as it is not far from my house. Even though it says vegetarian, they are all vegan and use soy protein. They do have tofu dishes as well. It also has Japanese food so you can get miso soup and veggie sushi as well. I have never eaten inside, but maybe one day I will. Love this place!"

"We have been ordering from Kabuki for many years and always tip well on delivery orders. However, on our last order, there was an issue with the website and the tip did not process with the order. We were not aware of this and did not have a cash tip ready for the driver. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the driver yelled "No Tip" at us, waved the receipt in our face, and refused to leave until we gave him a tip. Additionally, our order was incorrect as it did not include soy sauce or wasabi, something that has never happened before. We have always enjoyed Kabuki, but this experience was disappointing. I reached out to the restaurant to address these issues but received no response. I cannot support a restaurant that allows its employees to harass customers."

"Ordered delivery from here through GrubHub on 3 occasions. The first time, my food came more than 45min late and GrubHub offered to refund me. The 2nd time, the delivery driver assigned to my order declined it and I received a message that the order had been cancelled. Today I decided to give the restaurant a 3rd try, with the hopes that I can finally try their sushi. My food arrived but smelled HORRIBLY of cigarette smoke. It was the most disgusting experience. I sent GrubHub a message they refunded me. Then- several hours later, I received a text on my personal cellphone from ‘Brian from Wasabi’ (I’m assuming this is the owner with pictures of my order and a long text telling me off and telling me that the “restaurant isn’t for me.” So, here I am trying to support local businesses I have a wacko owner texting my personal cell, harassing me. Completely disgusted by the lack of customer service here and quality of food!!! Do not support this place!!"

"they have many vegan options. I ordered the tofu steak, which was a whole plate with delicious vegetables, mushrooms, a little brown rice and a few greens along with two round patties of easy fritttofu. all for $10, plus it came with a green salad. (Lunch menu). there are some fish oil in even some of the vegan options, they wanted to check. update 11/21: no tofu steak on menu, but waiter offered, cook make me fried tofu, even tho there is no tofu on the menu at all. and then I ordered the side of the spa gel (damped), and some brown rice and made a meal out of it. updated by previous review on 2019-07-26"

"I took my wife and two children out for Mother's Day and only had to wait 5 minutes for a Hibachi table at 3:30. The restaurant was super clean, even the ventilation above the grill looked brand new. The chef was skilled and engaging, cooking our food perfectly. My son and I had shrimp and noodles, while my wife and daughter chose rice. I had 13 shrimp, all cooked the same way, and they came with 2 sauces (other places usually have 4). Overall, I would give this restaurant a 5/5 for cleanliness and a 4/5 for the food. Not bad at all, definitely one of the better options in the area."

"Wow. This place. I don't know where to start this place is absolutley spectacular. Everything is perfect, cannot be improved not the call not the order taker not the chef the time the service the value the foodddddd even the driver. If I just bought this joint, I couldn't pick a single thing to do differently that's how maticulois they've made every decision. Best I've ever had from anywhere period. It really is... simple as that. Especially the general tsos chicken it's one of my favorites but I never order it most places don't make it well and when it's not done right it goes from favorite to not even edible when you're starving despite how popular or common it is it's not an easy dish to make food. Theirs seems to be white breast meat, thinly batter and very crispy somehow covered in sauce and in an airtight container for delivery. Howw??? Magic. Even dine in orders are soggy mushy I can't even imagine what your dine in GTC would be! I'm glad I trusted the reviews and tried them hats off to this place nothing compares. Certainly the best in this area no questions but to be honest, I can't name any Chinese takeout where Ive finished my entire order let alone the ťirst bite be as good as the first. I dont think I can even name that from any takout at all actually aside from .aybe mm<5 rbe McDonald's. The chow fun or whatever the skinny noodles are called, as well as the chicken wings....i just tasted which is why I automatically had to write this. I think I may have left 2 reviews in 20 years on here. This one is absolutley well deserved. Bravo to the chef, and the dude on the phone despite calling 10 minutes to close I almost refused to order when I realized the time like an idiot and he not only insisted that I continue but clearly confirmed my slightly picky order. Patiently, without rushing, even giggled s few times no attitude no F ups. And thennnn...he offerred to deliver it but I felt horrible to ask for that and he kinda suspected it so he also insisted to deliver it. Food came in 20 minutes, 3 entrees. Everyone loved theirs equally just an amazing experiance from my hesitant start of the order. Literally there's nothing that I can make up to have made it better. Please, don't change a thing I'm sure you've tailored every detail of your system over years for it to be this seamless and accurate but you've done it right and without a doubt anyone ordering from you for their first time if they're local you know they're locked in for life! "Just ordered delivery last night and WOW was I impressed. My wife and I had a late lunch while shopping all day so after we got home we wanted a little something to share. My wife remembered recieving a menu in our door a couple days prior and wanted to try it. She ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi and cheese steak egg rolls. I recently just had my first steak and cheese egg roll about 4 months ago and I've been hooked ever since so eveytime we order Chinese I get an order. At first I thought they were a little expensive at $6.95 but when I got them they were 2 huge egg rolls and the BEST cheese steak egg rolls I've ever had!! And for the steak and shrimp hibachi ... WOW it was great! Everytime we go out to hibachi my wife drenches it with their yum yum sauce but she didn't even use it on Sakura cafes hivachi. It wasn't needed. It was the best fried rice I've ever eaten and the steak was tender and shrimp cooked perfect. Also to a great surprise they threw in some free orange chicken with lomein and shrimp tempura she packed for my lunch for Today and I can say I can't wait to eat my lunch! We will be ordering again, and highly recommend it!"

"They sadly exchanged their menus and service for an obscure online system. You need to use your phone to see the food available, and pay from your phone to get an order in. No more service, no human contact, now you're with your date stuck on your phone trying to figure out from the dishes' pictures if that is what you like (the waitress won t answer questions). Then you have to type all your info in (name, address, email, phone, the name of your aunt) followed by your credit card information. I don't come to a restaurant to be on my phone. This used to be my favorite Sushi place. No more.... I suggest the Vietnamese Restaurant right behind on Cameron street instead, you will be greeted there with a good old fashion smile."

"I had a reservation for 7:15 but when I arrived at 7:10, I was informed that the restaurant was running 30-45 minutes behind schedule. We were finally seated at 7:45, but our food and drink orders weren't taken until 8:15. The chef didn't come to our table until 8:45, and by the time the final course was served it was already 10 PM. We could hear staff complaining about guests being frustrated with the long wait times. Throughout the 3-hour experience, neither the manager nor any staff member apologized or tried to make our experience better."

"Great American Chinese food. Awesome staff. They called me once after I left the restaurant because they realized they forgot something (1 time out of dozens and many years of always getting everything), I don't check cause they're always right. So I didn't even have to get home and figure it out myself, they caught me before I was far at all. So nice. "My new fave spot for sashimi! Was craving for sashimi one night and found this place. At first I was a bit wary cause of some reviews but decided to just go for it. Got the sashimi deluxe, the salmon sashimi set (15 pcs), and some pieces a la carte. They were absolutely fresh! Thick cuts, and at the perfect temperature too. Haven't tried any of the other menu items though, but this place will def be my go to for sashimi."
