"First, the pricing has become quite erratic. While I understand that prices can fluctuate, the lack of transparency is concerning. For example, I was told that a pork bone costs $25, then $30, and now a smaller size is priced at $50. I would be willing to pay around $30 or $35, but $50 for something that was $25 just a few months ago feels very sketchy. It seems like the prices are being changed at will, and there is no posted menu to guide customers.
I'm truly sad to say that I won't be ordering from you anymore. I’ve been a loyal customer for five years, and now my entire family has decided to stop ordering as well. It would be wise for you to address the pricing issue, or else you risk losing even more regular customers. I'll miss your delicious food, but I can’t continue to support a business that plays fast and loose with prices."
