Recently, for lunch, we enjoyed yuca fries with a delicate aioli, a lovely chicken tamale in a flavorful sauce, and potatoes topped with locally sourced hot dogs, all mixed in a delicious sauce. The food is just one part of what makes this place a true gem and a blessing for Hudson. The owner runs this establishment with great energy, complemented by a charming and friendly staff and lively music. Everyone here seems genuinely happy—both employees and customers—and that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere filled with quiet, delightful humor. This is what hospitality is all about."
