"I used to LOVE Millers Ale House before Covid it was actually nice and affordable everything looked good and was delicious. Now fast forward it’s so expensive the Zingers are now $13.99 and they aren’t the same as they once were like the sauce was over-flowing it actually tasted good with a little extra sauce. My son got Mini Mex Chicken Tacos and everything looks so good on the menu and the pictures but now when you actually get the food it’s different. “False advertisement” My son’s chicken nachos all the stuff was on the top like not all around the chips like nachos are supposed to be like, the queso dip was different and warm nothing was hot on our plates. A side of jalapeños, gauc sour cream was $2.49. Aren’t these the fixings that usually come on top of nachos? My zingers were warm not hot. I was to hungry to care or complain because our waiter was MIA for awhile and didn’t ask us for any refills or anything. Was busy after we left. Anyways try there Sweet Thai Chili Zingers they are really good with a side of ranch. Thank me later ?"

"We had our first family meal at the restaurant, having visited other Ale Houses before, but what set this one apart was our server, Haley. She shone like a bright light—so friendly and always smiling, and her attentiveness made her a true professional in every sense. The food was equally impressive. I apologize for not taking pictures of the appetizers, but the Bavarian Pretzel was enormous, and the Spinach Artichoke Dip with chips was fantastic. The Chicken Pesto Ravioli was delicious and comes highly recommended. We also enjoyed the Zinger Mountain Melt and Chicken Cajun Pasta, both of which were delightful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to returning to try more dishes. We’ll definitely be asking for Haley again, and I suggest you do the same if you want great service!"

"I ordered from the location on Manor Rd. The wings were awesome. They came hot, crispy, were not over or undercooked. The funnel cake fries were delicious and the fries were crispy and also delicious. It was my first time ordering because other restaurants give you tiny wings for so much money. This place gives you jumbo wings. The honey garlic and mild is what I ordered."

"I am adding a star to my review. The general manager called and followed up to apologize for my negative experience. He personally took the time to address the issues, which shows concern. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse from there. Our food was served at different times and our waitress mentioned that someone had messed up our order. The credit card machine broke down after we had already boxed our leftovers, and they wanted to write down our card information on a piece of paper, which was not secure. The chaos was evident in the restaurant, and even the police had to be called at one point because a customer was so angry. The manager never came to our table, even after waiting for half an hour and asking for her multiple times. The staff seemed unorganized and there was a lack of competence on the night shift. Overall, this was a service issue that could have been handled better. The meatloaf tasted old and the salad was watery. I have visited Miller's Ale House before and never had an experience like this. The situation was a complete mess and the handling of the staff was the main reason for the disorder. It's disappointing to go to a restaurant where the system is not working, and I had to wait so long to pay while being treated poorly. I understand that things can go wrong, but the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. It's clear that this restaurant is in trouble."

"I really wanted to like this place, but Miller's Alehouse of Springfield makes it virtually impossible. Let's start with the apps! Calamari- more like fried rings of fry. If I didn't know it was calamari I would thought I was eating fried rubber bands. Chips and guac- Chips were hot and salty.. A highlight of our meal. The guacamole was green and edible. "Last evening we spent my daughter's 24th birthday at the ICEBAR which also consisted of the Fire side. It was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE FIRSTLY, the young lady that greets you at the door is polite, cute, courteous, and most helpful when explaining the packages offered and what to expect before entering the ICE section of the establishment. With our package we were able to get our first drink from the ICE and Fire sections of the establishment for FREE! The drinks were amazingly delicious and very nice food choices were also on the menu. The DJ kept the hits coming and even participated in a surprise proposal by one of the ICEBAR patrons to his lady which was also beautiful to be apart of! We are already planning to come back to Orlando for my middle daughter's birthday party in a month. #Lovethisvenue #worththehourdrive...a wonderful time"

"I wish I took a picture of my food but me and my sister were too hungry to remember. Everything was delicious. We ordered the calamari as an app, the breading was very light and crunchy and the sweet chili sauce that came with it was very good. We ordered the chimichurri steak salad and the snow crab entree and decided to share each. The salad was so tasty and the amount of crabs we got for $19.99 along with 2 sides was an awesome deal! I also had to order their signature zingers because they're the bomb. The host was a little slow to seat us, it wasn't even busy, but our waitress, Brianna, was very sweet and efficient. It was my sister's first time here and is already planning on when we should go back, which will be very soon!"

"Outstanding. The views were partially blocked by construction, which was a little disappointing, but the food surpassed all of our expectations enough to make up for it. We ordered the blackened Mahi-Mahi sandwich, the fried grouper, pizza, nachos supreme, and a salad. Everything was fantastic. The wait staff was friendly, helpful, and attentivea. The only other downside was the weird entrance through the condo building. But the pros outweighed the cons enough to still push me to keep the 5 star rating."

"I absolutely love this place and can't get enough of it. Every Friday, I indulge in their delicious pizza. For the past 5 years, I have been ordering a large cheese pizza and breadsticks from this place without fail. Although there are several locations, this one is my favorite. I have visited this restaurant countless times, always ordering the same thing, and I still can't get enough of it. Even if I can't afford it, I refuse to miss out on my Friday tradition. "I had a lovely lunch with my boss at Miller's Ale House in Jensen Beach. The atmosphere is delightful, featuring a variety of soothing music in the background, and large-screen TVs showcasing different sports around the restaurant. There's also a nice bar where you can enjoy a selection of cocktails, wines, and beers. The high and stable seating is perfect for groups of four. Our waitress was extremely friendly and efficient. I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich with fries; the beef was perfectly sliced, hot, and moist, topped with plenty of cheese and onions for that authentic Philly flavor. My boss chose the lamb dinner, which was a generous portion with broccoli, crispy fried onions, and potatoes. The lamb was hot, tender, and juicy, with a great flavor. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it for lunch or dinner with friends."

"I love Ale House Zinger Mountain Melt. However, this visit was not pleasant. I placed my order online requesting my zingers be tossed in the sauce. When I receive my food, it looked like the sauce was drizzled, as you will see in the photo. Only some ofthe zingers had sauce on them. When the zingers are tossed in the sauce there is usually a lot of sauce at the bottom and therewas a little, I'm glad I asked for a container of sauce. Since the Zinger Mountain Melt is a usual dish for me, I am used to anice sharable portion. The to go portion was WAY SMALLER then the dine in portion. Lastly, the food was room temperature, as ifit was not freshly cooked. I arrived 1 minute after the pickup time, went inside to pick up the food, and ate in the car withthe expectation of my food being hot/fresh. I know everyone is having employee shortages, but the food preparation should remainthe same."

"I visited the restaurant at 7 PM today and I'm rating it 3 stars primarily due to the treatment we received from the two hosts at the entrance. They lacked professionalism and attention to customer needs. When we requested a table that could accommodate our baby stroller, they didn’t listen and instead offered us a high stool table, despite clearly seeing the stroller. They continued to chat amongst themselves, disregarding our questions and concerns. Eventually, they acknowledged us and told us to wait for 15 minutes. Overall, it was a disappointing initial experience, especially with a toddler in tow; not very family-friendly. On a positive note, our server Lily was great, and the food was good. However, the location definitely needs to improve its initial greeting staff."

"I have always loved The Ale House. Last night, they had to handle a 40-person and a 25-person holiday gathering. Despite the large groups, the staff performed admirably and the kitchen managed to keep up with the orders. Both the front and back of house employees deserve praise for their hard work under pressure. The food was delicious. While I usually go for the Big Red sandwich, which I highly recommend, this time I tried the French onion soup and the new Zinger Tika wrap. I finished every bite and thoroughly enjoyed my meal."

"We met the Pinien Ale House in Pembroke Pines on Pines Boulevard, where the Pembroke Lakes Mall is. For some late evening lunches. Had the Mini-Tex-Mex nachos and the Steak-Fajitas. No complaints everything was fine. The nachos were a good size for the price. Not bad on the flavors. The Steak-Fajitas will always be good unless the place is really sucking what God is not thanks to them. Anyway for late night Munchies Pineries Ale House is always at the top of the list mainly as they are open until 2:00. Good and happy food."

"I've visited this restaurant several times and can confidently say the service and food are consistently "better than most." Recently, we tried the new fried jalapeño appetizer, which was flavorful and well-made. I ordered the lunch-sized portion of sausage mac and cheese, and it exceeded my expectations in size and taste – a delightful surprise! My wife opted for a salad and a lunch-sized flatbread. While it was decent, we've had better flatbreads here before, though it was still enjoyable. We usually sit in the patio area, which offers a lovely breeze. Just a heads-up: that area is still designated for smoking, so plan accordingly. We’ll definitely be back; this place is one of our go-to spots for a nice lunch, and they have a great selection of adult beverages on tap!"

"This restaurant is a fantastic spot for late-night dining. The kitchen stays open late and offers a full menu. It's also a perfect place to catch sports games, with televisions scattered throughout the venue. During major sporting events, they even convert the pool tables into large communal tables by covering them. You can even reserve a specific spot in advance for events like football Sundays or the Superbowl. The service here is consistently top-notch, with friendly and amusing servers. "Great experience like any other Millers Ale House. The food was on the point; the drinks were cold with many designs options. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The only negative of this particular place was the speed of the service. I think the lack of attention could be due to lack of personnel. "I ordered the full rack of ribs and they came out lukewarm and they had to go back to be heated up. This was the first time that I have had their ribs. My things that I want to have with my ribs is that the meat falls off the bone and a good sauce which was good. I know that to prepare the ribs is to use a good rub of seasonings. I know that salt is used and there's a bit of a salt taste but you don't have to go crazy with. The sauce flavor was good but they over did it with the salt or other seasonings that may have a salty taste which was starting to over power the sauce. Other than that they were good."

"I am unfortunately very disappointed in today's experience at this restaurant. We arrived and placed our order at 1:38. Unfortunately it took over an hour to get our food. I would normally be more patient but we had a pregnant mom and we needed food quickly. They didn't even get the first course (soup and salad) out in a reasonable time frame. We were also there during our work lunch hour and it took us two hours to have lunch. They got two orders wrong and although they comped a portion of the bill, it was not enough. We felt that if they had been honest and told us how long the food would take, we would've been better equipped to make a decision. All in all, good food ruined by rotten service and poor managerial decisions. Its especially sad because I went this past Tuesday and had a great experience. The manner in which they served us was so egregiously poor that I felt compelled to leave a negative review. Avoid this place. There are plenty of good eateries in the Gables with better service."
