"Utterly charming! I'm not going to lie about the area of Spokane it's a tad rough looking. However, the garden area out front, the cottage, the food, the tea, and the staff were wonderful. I made a reservation for my friend and me. We wanted a place where we could slow down and catch up on life while experiencing a bit of whimsy. This place was perfect, it checked all of the boxes! They even accommodated the gluten/dairy free requests. Definitely going back, likely with even more people."
