"This place is an absolute gem! The food is always fresh and delicious, delivery within the hour even during busy times. The 'half sub ' is huge at 12+ inches, the salad platters are fairly large, and the pizza actually came out amazing? Their customer service is top tier as well. I usually order through grubhub and the app messed up my order, but JC 's caught it and called me to confirm. If they 're ever out of something, they call and offer alternatives. This is me and my roommates go-to place, as they are reliably good. I highly recommend them if you 're local to the area!"

"This diner is fantastic! It's clean, respected, and overall very pleasant. The omelette could have had a bit more bacon, but the service was extremely quick and the portion size was perfect. "I ordered a personal pan pizza with pepperoni. It was so delicious with the right amount of cheese and sauce and not overly cheesy. About 45 minutes later after eating my first pizza and sharing it with a family member I ordered a second pizza pie for delivery through doordash. Marisa was so observative to notice that I had just ordered a pizza not long ago and gave me a free upgrade to a large pizza the second time around for free. Very kind of Marisa and the great pizza making team of Pizzarelli. "Disclaimer: I have never dined at this location, only delivery. That being said, I have ordered from here 3x and every time something was wrong with the order. I ordered the shrimp Romulus in the past, they sent penne with capers sauce and no protein at all. Uber Eats Gave me a refund, but seriously? Before that I ordered 2 pizzas and they only sent one ?! , again Uber Eats reimbursed me. The today they send me 2 lobster bisque that have NO FUKN LOBSTER AT ALL!! Some chopped up ravioli in some kind of vodka sauce that wasn't bisque. I heard such good stories about this place, they must all be just that, stories. Thrice burned, never again, so much better pizza establishments on the island."

"I’m writing a review as think the food is excellent however my 2 star review is for the pricing. They changed the menu and the prices have skyrocketed. Ordered a pizza today the Proper Pepperoni which is equivalent to a personal size and it was $25, with tax and tip close to $29. This is in my opinion way overpriced. As mentioned food is good but the prices do not reflect the location in Newtown Square and in a shopping center. Menu is very overpriced!"

"After placing our order, we received our salad and bread basket. Unfortunately, the bread was cold, hard, and stale. When the salad was served, we requested it to be divided, but that didn’t happen. While it wasn’t a huge issue, a decent restaurant would have made that effort. There were no pepper or cheese shakers on the table, and the waitress was hard to find. I ended up having to check other tables for these items, which made the experience a bit frustrating. The salad was nothing special. When our main courses arrived, I ordered chicken masala, which was pretty good. My wife ordered veal piccata, and while the sauce was quite tasty, the artichoke hearts were tough and undercooked. The quality of the veal was disappointing; it was difficult to cut through, and I found myself wishing for a steak knife. Veal should be tender and easy to cut, not a struggle to eat. Overall, the meal was not worth the $20 price tag. I eat out 3 to 5 times a week and can honestly say I was not impressed at all."

"Last night was my second time visiting this restaurant. The first time was great. It was a birthday celebration. Last night was also a birthday celebration for an eight year old. We arrived at 6:30. First we were led to a table that was wet and no one noticed. We were sent given another table that got rained on. Not one staff member came to our aid. Perhaps offer us another table or even bring napkins/towels to wipe the seats. We specifically ordered a pizza right away for the children first way before ordering the adult's entrees. It took quite some time to get the pizza. Our server was not attentive. We had to wave him down to place the rest of our orders. We did not receive our entrees until 8:45. No one came to say sorry for the delay, we're short on staff,or can we get/do anything for you. My potato croquettes were cold, spinach had no taste. Someone from our party didn't receive their vegetable. Another didn't get her spinach. The last time we brought our own cake, it was taken by the staff, sliced up and brought out right after our meal plates were taken away. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the birthday girl's cake to be brought out. This experience has soured me on what I thought was a great establishment. Perhaps my first time there was great because it was the owner's son birthday as well. There were a lot of extras for the children as well as the adults. Never going back."

"I really wanted to fall in love with this pizza, and it was definitely a solid New York-style slice. However, the last two inches were undercooked, leaving a doughy, floury taste with the first few bites. Fortunately, once we got past that and reached the properly cooked portions, it was delicious. "I keep giving this place another chance, but unfortunately, it's been hit or miss. I ordered broccoli rabe with garlic and oil and added shrimp for an extra $5, but the shrimp was missing. The pasta was dry and tasted stale, almost as if it had been reused. To make matters worse, there was a large clump of old, dried cheese in the middle, which had bits of debris that weren't present in the rest of the dish. As someone with a dairy allergy, I can't eat cheese, so the entire dish was inedible. From now on, I'll be sticking with John's Pizza on Parsons."

"I have been going to Frank’s since I was a kid when it opened in the early 80s. My friends and I used to love to get a slice and sit in the booths before they expanded and renovated. So many great memories!Now I live far away but spend the summers in PC. One of my favorite things to do is ordering from Frank’s. The lunch specials are amazing, and they always give wonderful garlic balls with the specials. And I just ordered a salad pizza with roasted red peppers. It was so amazing that I ordered the same thing the next day. Now I can’t wait to try the salad pizza with gorgonzola because their Gorgonzola salads are delicious.
