"Devo premettere che sono celiaca e per la prima volta da quando ho memoria di mangiare nei ristoranti, invece di farmi arrivare un piatto a parte lo chef ha gentilmente usato la farina senza glutine per tutte le pietanze degli antipasti . Così abbiamo condiviso il pasto senza quelle antipatiche divisioni. Ho ricevuto inattesa premura e particolare attenzione al mio problema Ho poi apprezzato la polenta di merluzzo e verdure, l'alice imbottita ed era molto buono anche il pesce spada, cotto al punto giusto come anche il polipo alla brace! "Very nice ambience. The restaurant is located in an old construction near Baia's port. You eat in the middle of an old courtyard, feeling like you are back in the 1950s. Very good tableware. A bit less comfortable is the entrance, as the place is right on the street, very busy and dangerous on saturday night. Service is good too, just a bit harrassing with waiters explaining every dish with long descriptions one forgets the second lates they finish. That is part of an atmosphere the owner wants to be classy and elegant. The problem is that food is not at the same level. I mean, it is good and fresh, especially raw fish, but preparations are too standard to justify an averagely high price. In a table of 7, we had cold and hot starters including raw seafood and one main dish (paranza fried fish for some and catch of the day for the others), plus 5 desserts and white wine. I believe 310€ are a bit too much for what we had, not really in terms of quantity, but for the quality of the preparations. One example is the cold starter: a dish composed by 5 different starters to be eaten from left to right, from lighter to stronger taste. You start with one single raw sea truffle, go on with a tuna tartare, one single raw baby red shrimp with burrata, raw calamari slices and finally smoked salmon. Good quality and right taste, but nothing new, no special work from the chef, that's food you can find in every good-standard restaurant in the area of Naples. Same with the fish we had: too simple. In my view, simplicity is a positive value in food, but not for a place that wants to construct its own style on a classy and elaborate (and expensive) cuisine concept. Different situation concerning the desserts which I personally didn't try but left my friends with very good sensations. In conclusion, it's worth a try, can be good for a romantic tête-à-tête or a dinner with friends, but don't expect a special experience."

"Prima di fare le mie considerazioni in merito a questa nuova esperienza, è importantissimo dire che grazie all’aiuto di Google Maps sto scoprendo questo territorio che è bellissimo!!! Contrariamente a quanto si possa pensare, in questo periodo è ancor più bello ed interessante, perché non è affollato e questo fatto ti permette di vivere in tutta tranquillità i luoghi ed i locali più suggestivi del territorio. Tornado a questa nuova esperienza, se dovessi sintetizzare al massimo le sensazioni provate, posso dire solo che la cena è stata deliziosa e l’ambiente circostante è molto carino ed accogliente. Diciamo subito che nonostante le indicazioni per raggiungerlo siano chiare, arrivati sul posto, l’ingresso non è ben visibile. L’insegna, se così vogliamo dire, è molto piccola e può sfuggire. Superata questa piccola difficoltà, entrati nel cancello d’ingresso e scendono i pochi gradini, si è subito rapiti dalla vista che si presenta davanti, molto suggestiva, ancor di più in una serata ventosa con il mare in burrasca. Uno spettacolo unico!!!! Entrando, sono stato subito colpito dall’arredamento del locale. Si nota subito che il ristorante è stato rinnovato di recente ed la cura dei particolari è stata quasi maniancale!! L’arredamento è molto moderno ed essenziale, molto suggestive le foto in bianco e nero appese alle pareti. I tavoli presenti nella sala non sono tantissimi, ma sono ben sistemati, così da rispettare una certa privacy tra un tavolo ed un’altro. Al ns arrivo siamo stati accolti dal maitre, molto gentile e disponibile che ci ha accompagnati al tavolo e ci ha offerto un prosecco ed un piatto con un hamburger di tonno con cipolle, veramente delicatissimo. Inutile dire che la nostra cena è stata tutta a base di pesce e la scelta è stata vincente. Il menù non è ricchissimo, ma comunque è possibile trovare diverse soluzioni diverse per tutti i gusti. Non voglio rovinarvi la sorpresa descrivendo i piatti gustati, però un giudizio finale complessivo è doveroso, anche per premiare l’ottimo lavoro dello chef che ci ha proposto piatti molto belli da vedere ed altrettanto gustosi. Il tutto accompagnato da un’ottimo calice di Falanghina consigliata dal maitre. Una nota particolare è da dedicare ai dolci ed in particolare alla “millefoglie scomposta con crema chantilly e frutti di bosco” un dolce fuori dal comune!!!! BUONISSIMO!!!! E per chiudere il conto, tenuto conto della qualità dei prodotti, del fatto che abbiamo scelto di cenare a base di pesce, ritengo che sia assolutamente il linea con la qualità del servizio offerto. Che dire di più.... prenotate, anche e soprattutto “online” si fa molto prima e si ha la certezza che il tavolo è prenotato, in pochissimi minuti con una mail. Penso di ritornarci nei mesi caldi per provare l’emozione di cenare sulla terrazza antistante la sala."

The owner tried to excuse but in not a professional way as he said we are not responsible it is our supplier that is not reliable. Messrs Sciardac that’s a big mistake I thought but I didn’t push more Back home I discovered I waited for panini bread and they gave me sfilatini that is substantially different Easy to imagine I was upset so I just made a call and the answer against my note was any type of bread is panino This is indeed a poor behavior!"

"Located in Via Mozart in Bacoli, the restaurant offers a suggestive sea view, which can be enjoyed both day and evening. The restaurant is not very large and is divided into two terraces. You arrive in the parking lot, a little small, then climb up stairs leading to the two terraces, in a house environment rather than restaurant. We ordered a frying of anchovies as an appetizer and a Mediterranean mixture of miniports, 4 hot and 4 cold. The anchovies were in the norm, the mixed appetizer was cured, refined and exquisite. First dishes very good, especially the half sleeves with beans, mussels and tuna bottarga. The squid fry was dry and golden as it must be but the breading lacked crispness. Finally the sweets, all crafted by them, good but they did not hit us in particular. The account is quite salty but it is to consider the location and the refined cuisine proposed. Ultimately we ate well, the place is cozy, the view is magnificent, some dish was a little under the high expectations we had."

"We spent some days in the nearby hotel Il Gabbiano. Due to numerous celebrations the hotel restaurant was often closed. One alternative to avoid dangerous walks along narrow streets without light and pedestrian walks is Il Sestante. Mainly providing sea-food the restaurant has a nice view over the sea side. My wife went there once alone and was seated isolated in one of the corners while no other guests in. The second time we were seated better and could enjoy the pretty view. Prices are above average. We had sea food antipasti, fish and seafood pasta. The antipasti was a broad selection of fish and seafood and very tasty. Pasta and fish average. Proper wine selection. The local white house wine was a good choice, but also too expensive. Service professional but not very friendly. All in all an alternative to avoid long walks to more busy areas."

"Ero in questo ristorante per festeggiare un matrimonio. posizione mozzafiato vista il bellissimo panorama che domina il lago di Lucca con lo sfondo del vesuvio e sulla destra la baia di napoli con l'isola di capri. ottimi piatti mangiati, da vari antipasti di mare e terra alla torta nuziale. eccellente i due gusti di primo e molto buono i due primi pesci a base. la camera interna con finestre per godere della vista. servizio attento, preparato e disponibile."

Menù completo ma povero di quantità e qualità rispetto a pochi mesi fa, forse l'aumento dei costi ha influenzato la qualità di questo ristorante. antipasti e primo buono e ben servito, secondo di pesce servito freddo, in quantità molto piccole e calamari abbastanza gommosi. per le quantità se il cameriere l'avesse specificato prima che ci fossero stati ordinati, avrei preso menu à la carte. Mi dispiace, ma ti consiglio di alzare i prezzi e tornare alla qualità precedente."

"typical tourist place located in the bay port. is the place where you can eat the freshest fish for the large fishing fleet present. the room develops in an interior room and an outdoor covered veranda, both 35 covered and the service and the environment are good. the first appetizer is very beautiful and creative: a soft octopus mob, a tuna tartare on lemon and a buffalo mozarellin on green sauce served on a nice dish; the second appetizer is a tripudio of goto for me that, although I am not a fish lover, however I appreciate the raw seafood when fresh and these, believe me, they were very fresh and tasty. another appetizer a little disappointing, not because not good but only because not pertinent to me: tomato bruschette and fried pasta. another appetizer, I was at my nephew's graduation dinner 110 and the praise was a magnificent soutè of seafood, simple as tasty if the fruits are fresh. the next courses, risotto with crab and spaghetti with curly, good, raviolone with red shrimp, excellent. But as I said before, I'm not my goto. However, the restaurant deserves a gastronomic stop to enjoy the good fish."

"one of the few open pizzerias in the area, if not the only one, in August and salvation. It has a large parking lot, so it is not difficult to locate. "if you could give 0 stars, indeed if you could remove it absolutely would. not so much for the quality of food (without infamy and without praise) but for the behavior held by the managers towards us. at 20:20 we sit in four at the coffee table in the hall and at 20:30 we order 5 pizzas of which one to carry before the others as appetizer, a beer, a coke small cola and two bottles of water. the first pizza and the drinks arrive immediately and without problems, after which we ask how much you have to wait for the other pizzas (worried for curfew at 22) and we are told to wait a 1015 minutes. from 20:40 that we have been told is what we wait until 21:30 and pizzas not even the shadow. the unexplainable delay cannot even be justified by the crowding in the room since if there were 4 tables occupied it is also so much.
