"We bragged about LuLus to my new colleagues and brought them with us. We each ordered fries with our meals. I rated this low because the waitress brought each of us fries that weren 't even warm. When my husband spoke up and said, All of our French fries are cold, we all shook our heads in agreement. She apologized and said she would have the cook drop down a new batch for us. When she came back, she only had 1 small serving of fries and gave them to my husband across the table, dumping them onto his plate. When I spoke up and asked where the rest of our fries were, she smiled and sweetly said, Maybe he 'll share! She was not sharp at all. When she brought our bills, she didn 't even ask how everything was. She did ask if we wanted to take the (cold) fries home. I reminded her she brought them to us, cold and that she never replaced ours, only my husband 's. She smiled sweetly and said, Just take 'em home and pop 'em in the microwave, problem solved! Again, dumber than a box of rocks. We and our new works associates were incredibly disappointed in the waitress and were shaking our heads. We won 't be coming back, and I apologized to the colleagues for ever bringing them to Lulu 's Kitchen."
