"My family and I are quite disappointed after our experience tonight. I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my thoughts. I've always enjoyed dining at Nogal in the past, but this evening was a letdown. We left my grandson's baseball game, which ran a bit late, and arrived at Nogal around 8:10 after checking that they close at 9:00. Unfortunately, an employee informed us that they were no longer accepting customers. There were open tables, but they were short on staff. Because of this experience, I don't think I'll return to this restaurant; I can't rely on them to be open and serving food when they say they will be."
