"We love Harper's and have been loyal and regular customers since they first opened. The food has only gotten better over time, and the cocktails are always a highlight. However, we had a frustrating experience during our last visit. We had an early dinner reservation for 5:30 PM and entered an empty restaurant, only to find out we were not given a table. We were placed in the back room, which isn't as appealing as the front, but that was where we were seated. We expressed that we couldn't stand due to our timing, and as regular customers, we felt it was disappointing that we weren't accommodated, especially since the restaurant was empty. I didn't want to create a scene, so I decided to let it go. Perhaps I should have communicated my concerns more clearly in advance."
