"On Easter Sunday, I was delighted to discover that Ollie's was open, allowing me to indulge in the pizza I had given up for Lent. I highly recommend trying the Brick Oven Margherita pizza; it was absolutely delicious. The waitstaff, especially Sam Collins, were exceptional and recommended one of their specialty drinks named after him, which was tasty and provided a nice buzz. The bartender, Scott, impressed me with his homemade Bloody Mary mix—it was spicy and beautifully garnished with celery, pickles, and olives. He even salted the rim at my request. Watching him craft the drinks was like witnessing a true artist at work, as he measured, poured, and tasted before serving. I definitely recommend visiting Ollie's and asking for Sam, and if Scott is on duty, you’re in for a treat!"
