"Our first time here was about a month ago and it was great. We happened to go in on a Monday night and found out that kids meals are half off on Monday night. Cool! We all had pizza and it was good! Fast forward a month, we have guests visiting us and we took them here last night, another Monday night. It was a very different experience. Our server was named Olivia and she seemed new because every question we asked, she needed to go ask someone else what the answer was. That 's fine, I get it and it wasn 't a problem! But we had to ask for silverware 3 times, menus, kids menus, crayons, etc, all individually. We were told that the menu is via QR code but were offered paper versions because our guests were older and preferred the paper format. Also, we wanted the paper kids ' menus so they could do the puzzles coloring while we waited. We were also told tonight that kids meals are no longer half off on Monday nights, btw. Whatever, bummer, specials change apparently. Fast forward, our guests received the wrong pizza and had to wait a while to have theirs remade which upset them. The final insult was when the bill came, we got overcharged on both kids ' pizzas and our guests ' pizza. We 'd been expecting to pay $5 for each kid meal, then when the special was off, we expected $10 per meal as written on the menu, but we were billed $11 per meal. I brought this to Olivia 's attention and she told me no, $11 is correct. I showed her the paper menu stating $10 not that $2 is a big deal to us, but I really didn 't appreciate being argued with when I was correct. (See my attached photo of one of my kids ' menus She said the online menu says $11 and they don 't usually give out the paper menus. It 's a kid menu with puzzles though why wouldn 't you give this out?? I told her the paper menu should have the same prices as the online one and she agreed and said she 'd send an email to somebody about it. After receiving the wrong pizza, our guests (who were frankly expecting a discount for having the wrong item brought and having to wait were overcharged $2 to add spinach to their pizza, when it was supposed to be included per both menus (and we double checked this with Olivia when we were ordering it. I also brought this overcharge to Olivia 's attention and she said it looks weird on the bill, but it adds up correctly. If that was true, the pizza would cost $19.25, which we all knew was not the case. See attached photo for the item on the menu the red arrow points to what they ordered (vegan sausage and spinach pizza , which is $17.25. Overall, we had a really negative experience here. Olivia 's response was very much no, you 're wrong. But we weren 't wrong, going by the menus we were given. She was misinformed or the menus don 't all agree, either way, we should have been charged by what we were looking at! Olivia finally agreed that we were overcharged for the kids ' meals but said she 'd have to go upstairs to have them override it or something."

"Update 7/15: I sent an email to the Olive Garden customer service and they replied within the day. They seem genuine in wanting to create a better experience and offered my family a free meal to make it right. I am very satisfied in how quickly customer service took responsibility and made things right. Thank you Olive Garden. I checked the wait time before my family of 4 went to the Lake Oswego Olive Garden location. The website said there was no wait but I added us to the waitlist to be safe. We showed up and I mentioned to the hostess I added us to the list online. She said she couldn’t find us and the wait would be 10 minutes. We didn’t mind the wait. We noticed another family waiting that asked the hostess when they would be seated and she explained she forgot they were waiting and they had waited so long she couldn’t find their reservation anymore. Eventually they got seated and we did shortly after. We waited 20 minutes for our server to come check on us. We placed our order and didn’t see him again for ten minutes when he came back with drinks, this wasn’t a problem for us. 30 minutes later and our salad and soup finally show up along with our kids entrees. The kids are happy so we’re okay with the wait. We waited 45 minutes or longer for our food to come. Our server came back at one point to tell us they were out of lasagna which was fine we made a different selection. Finally he came back and I had to request our entrees to go because the kids had been done eating for a very long time. The serve said “oh is the wait too long??” Yes waiting 30 minutes for salad and over an hour and a half total for two entrees is insane. Around this time we received a text from Olive Garden saying they were removing us from the waitlist (so our reservation wasn’t “lost” I paid $55 plus tip to have to take my dinner home to eat. We never got asked about refills, we weren’t offered more breadsticks. I am very unhappy with this server and the wait time for everything. We watched multiple families that came in after us eat and leave before us while receiving service from other servers."
