While he waited for assistance, one of the staff members was busy waving a cleaning cloth and dancing to the music, entertaining a baby, who appeared to be either her child or a friend's. Although she did glance around the café, she didn’t offer help to my husband or let him know that someone would be with him soon.
It was clear that many locals frequent this place, as they seemed to know each other well. However, it would be nice for all customers to receive an equal level of service."
