"I've been a loyal customer for 10 years, bringing both family and friends here for breakfast. Until recently, we've always enjoyed the food and service. However, this past year, things have changed. I decided to give it another shot and was served by Barb. She was cheerful and seemed genuinely happy to serve us. When my partner specifically requested gravy on everything, she actually made it happen, which is a rarity for us, especially when being waited on by Haley, the head waitress. With Haley, our toast often gets forgotten or arrives late, and there have been times when she tried to hand us the bill before we received our toast. Now, we always ask to sit in Barb's section because she consistently gets our orders right. Thank you, Barb, for your exceptional service! Because of you, we keep coming back."

"Best Thai food in Mesa for sure. Cozy family ran restaurant and everyone is SUPER friendly. We've got picky eaters and even they filled up on the red curry tofu and spring rolls. Tom yum gai was delicious. Will definitely be back and worth a drive. I hope they continue with prosperity and can grow into larger location. The restroom with kiddos is slightly challenging.Vegetarian options: They can customize most menuKid-friendliness: The place is great for kids with one big caveat, there is only 1 bathroom and you have to go through kitchen to get there. "Cool place to do it ALL. Great food. Tons of activities and more TVs than you can count. Lots of patio seating for when the weather is good during football season. Highlights are FULL betting area for horses and sports. Place a cash bet on an NFL orcollege game and get paid cash on the spot. Meatloaf! Many places claim to have amazing meatloaf. RTO's exceeds that promise.Fajita salad is a gigantic portion and loaded with delicious flavor variety. They also offer darts, pool, a few differentdining areas (bar, patio, booths, tables, hi-tops) so that anyone visiting can find a spot that they will enjoy. Really wellplanned out. If I was opening a new bar I'd stop by here and take notes. I will be back to watch a few football games on thehuge tv. Well done RTOs!"

"I searched for surf and turf. Came across a place I used to visit as a kid in the 90s. I am not sure why I never went back as an adult. The pictures do not do the reviews justice. Shrimp is so good. Flavors are spicy for my weak pallette but worth the burn. Sooo good. Here is a pic. I get without Pico. No onions for me. Oh and girl in drive thru was beyond nice. Very happy and nothing but good things to say. Helped me order and said all the food is good. Glad still happy employees and said owner was a nice person helps her stay working hard."

"Drive by the place many times and have been wanting to try it. Looks like a great place to grab some good bar food. Was craving a salad tonight so decided to do hit the outdoor bar. Didn?t see too much that grabbed my attention as salads go so I ordered a small side Caesar and buffalo chicken strips The order came out wrong and they were very apologetic so I can?t hold that against them. It happens. But when the corrected order came out I was a little disappointed They looked more like chicken nuggets and had a very hard shell with little chicken on the inside. You could taste the flour in the toasted hard shell batter. Washed most down with a beer and left disappointed. The bartender was great at helping with the incorrect order. Which is why I rated the restaurant as a 3 star. Maybe there is something that they are known for that is out of this world but it wasn?t what I ordered for sure. ?"

"amazing breakfast? randomly stayed in here because my car broke down on the autobahn and could barn up to the parking space on the boat. ends up with a cozy 2 hours breakfast while waiting for the tug and had a great time. the server were super friendly and when I explained my situation, they left me at a table camp, no problem. I had a screwdriver and a few mimics, because I wouldn't drive this day. they were not the best drinks, but I don't think people really come here. ? eating was really good and they have added my special question when I adjusted the four cheese omelette and spinach and mushrooms. the breakfast cakes were really tasteful and I enjoyed eating enormously. I met one of the regulars here and he made my morning, all the workers knew him. a sweet older gentleman, who all stopped by to say hi. the fact that the personal had such a good relationship with his masters made this place really special. Stop and try today!"

"I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and I was impressed by the grilling happening outside. I tried the carne asada burrito, which was quite tasty with good meat, pico de gallo, and guacamole. However, I wasn't a fan of how the salsas, jalapeños, limes, and lemons (you know, the condiments) were served. They were sitting out on ice, uncovered or barely covered with plastic wrap, which unfortunately attracted a lot of flies, so I didn't feel comfortable using them. Despite that, I plan to return to try other menu items — just without the condiments!"

"Sunday morning I woke up I wanted Pho. I want to try somewhere I hadn’t been yet. That was the best choice of the day. When I walked in to pick up my order I was greeted with all smiles and my food ready. That was hands-down, the best Pho broth I’ve had in a long time. Every drop was consumed! I couldn’t get enough! They even had gluten free noodle options. It might be a while before I try another new place. Their Pho justifies their name. I will be back soon!"

"This could have been a much better experience had it not been for the lack of service from our server. We initially ordered drinks and appetizer. He brought out sodas and said he would be back with water. He never came back with water, nor did he check back so we could order our food. When he finally brought out our appetizer we were able to order our food. He said he would be back with cornbread, he never returned with it. After our food arrived, he never stopped back to check on the food. Two items were incorrect. When he brought the bill, he was completely oblivious to the fact that two items (one side and one entree) were left uneaten, even though he cleared the dishes when he brought the check."

"As soon as I received my meal, I asked the server about it. He insisted there was no cilantro, just green onion, while pointing to my husband's pho, which indeed didn't have any cilantro. They looked completely different, but he kept insisting. I then picked up the cilantro and asked, "What is this?" Instead of addressing my concern, he just walked away and started speaking Vietnamese to the owner or another server. The server, who appeared to be the owner, came over and told me they could take the soup back but offered no apology. I couldn't believe it! His attitude was terrible. Since I don't have an allergy to cilantro—just a strong dislike—I would have simply picked it out if they had acknowledged my concerns. I’m used to situations like this happening, but if they had just apologized, it would have been fine. However, that didn't happen. After some back and forth, my husband lost his appetite and couldn't eat either. I went to the counter to pay for his meal, which he didn’t touch. The server or owner then started yelling at me, saying they didn’t want customers like us. He showed me the order ticket he wrote, which was in Vietnamese—something I can't read—and claimed he confirmed with the chef that there was no cilantro in the order. Really? What was in my soup then if not cilantro? Are you telling me that your chef can't tell the difference between cilantro and green onion? I literally picked the cilantro out of the soup and showed it to you! It’s clear they don’t want us back, and frankly, that's just fine with us. There’s no way we will ever return to this establishment. I do not recommend it to anyone. My husband and I deserved way better than this awful treatment."

"I haven't ordered from this restaurant since March 23, and I've noticed that the portions have been significantly reduced, while the prices have remained the same. The restaurant is just 1.1 miles away from my home, but the rice and chicken shawarma entree I received was cold. I ordered the pistachio cheesecake but instead got a different dessert, possibly a crème brûlée, which was fine but not to my taste. Additionally, my Turkish coffee was missing entirely. Overall, I spent around $40 including tip, and unfortunately, as a long-time customer, I don't think I'll be ordering from here again. On a positive note, the salad and hummus were good."

"Looks shady but damn the Pho is good. I got the meatless bone broth Pho and my husband got the Bun Bo Hue.I think this was the first time I didn't need to add anything to the Pho since the flavor was perfect. It was rich and fragrant. You could taste the lemongrass and the beef stock. So good. My husband's dish was fantastic as well. He really enjoyed all the meat (except the tendon) and the spicy broth reminded me of my Viet friend from elementary school who's mom made the exact same thing and it was always so good even if you end up sniffling for the rest of the day. The waitress was nice and prompt. The only issue is it is not a very comfortable atmosphere. Its a little too dark and there is some broken furniture in a heap in the corner. But, everything was clean and with the delicious food, we will be going back."

"Service and food was outstanding. I walked into this restaurant after a awful Day I had and left with a smile. The two owners who served me and were so Friendly and personable, they really made my night so much better. They had a wide variety of some of the best wine I have tried here in Arizona. Staff is very knowledgeable about the food and drink they serve. All the dishes are made from scratch. I had the chicken Parmesan, along with the Sweet chili shrimp which were both phenomenal. This is a must try! This is my new favorite spot in Mesa, I will be back."

"terrible experience. ordered ripening, pulled pork sandwich, maize beans, bores and 1 side order of the kartoffel wedges. wanted maisbrot, but they were out. handmade order in bag and paid. see the pictures I have received. I called her immediately and spoke to Frank, but he said as soon as we go with the order, they won't do it right. even if they had my ticket order and I offered them the pictures of all the potato wedges we received, and to send a baked kartoffel. he refused to offer a compensation or to allow us to return to receive the right order. when I threatened to deny my credit card and to check for social media, he replied: “Go ahead”. here it is so! btw, eating was cold and the ribs were dry, that is not the forest we have come to love in the last 30 years. unnecessarily say we'll never back! they've been warned!"

"This is my first experience. The place was really clean. The waitress was very nice. When consulting a friend I ordered the seafood enchiladas. I'm sure it would have been delicious, but something happened with this approach as it was extremely salty. My friend ordered the same thing and said they had never tasted it so salty. It really ruined the meal. The salsa was not aesthetically appealing, but it was not bad. It's not my kind of salsa. The rice was pretty good, and the pinto beans were very average. The birthday contract was on the house, and the ice and cookies were off-the-charts delicious. Customer service was so extraordinary, I gave this place four stars instead of three stars. I'll probably go back and order something else."

"My wife and I were sitting by the pool one day, and our neighbour asked us if we ever had a calzone of Flancer. We were pretty new to Mesa and hadn't heard of Flancers, but when we visited, she was right. The Calzone is amazing. We also learned later that they make their own bread in the house, and if you have one of their sandwiches, you will know that it is fresh. I'm really hungry as I type. Since then we have become racist fans and have visited both the Mesa and Gilbert locations. My favorite attizer is the goat cheese bruschetta and a short second is the prickly pear wing. For the main course my wife loves the Chile Verde Birdie Turkey Sandwich and I enjoyed the Filet Mignon Sandwich. I don't think you'll find something on the menu that's not good: Of course I'm trying to stay away from candy, but I had the Cobbler once (Aala mode... let's just say I wish I could satisfy this sweet tooth more often."

I couldn't decide between a shrimp burrito or a carne asada burrito, but then I saw they had a special: the Mar y Tierra burrito, which includes both shrimp and asada! I was extremely satisfied; the grilled flavor of the shrimp paired perfectly with the deliciously marinated asada. I can't wait to come back!"
