"The food was delicious overall. The brisket was tender and it was almost perfect if only they weren't heavy on the seasoning coz it got really salty. The barbecue dip saved it at least and when you eat it with bread and slaw it was somehow tolerable. The day we went unfortunately wasn't a good day for them. I was looking forward to the chicken sandwich and chicken wings but unfortunately the delivery of their chicken was late so it wasn't available. Maybe that's why they compensated with a free drink (I got their lemonade that tasted really good) and a side of mac and cheese with brisket (which I actually really liked) so overall not a bad experience. The service from Diamond and another server was excellent. They ran out of sauce and was quick to make a new one. I think they just didn't have enough worker that day. But they are really have done their best to serve us and give us what we wanted. There are a lot of people who came after us it was about lunch time but the waiting of the food being served wasn't long. The place is spacious and clean so it didn't feel very crowded. It is kid-friendly. No loud music. You don't have to worry about smelling smokey because it was well ventilated. They have a lot of chairs and tables and even have an outdoor seating that looks neat with the artificial grass. We will surely come back here and next time I hope they already have the Chicken sandwich coz the first time I tried it I really liked it."

"Shrimp pad Thai was alright not the best, chicken wonton were good but I didn’t like the old Thai lady that was our server, she was quick to take our order w no hesitation and fast but when I asked to switch my tea because it wasn’t sweet enough she caught a bad attitude and tried to play it off like she didn’t understand English, she also took a long time bringing me my hot sauce, the short guy cashier tried to act like he didn’t see anything and he just gave us two free drinks in to two to-go cups but still we just wanted one different drink not two more extra drinks in to-go cups, he needs to get rid of her because she’s not mentally stable to work with people/ catching a big tantrum over one drink and a side of hot sauce, she shouldn’t have the mentality on just taking people’s orders/money then act like she doesn’t know English when people need extra sauce or drinks, she needs to remain calm and take her communication skills with customers seriously because I spent 35.00 dollars to eat comfortably and not hear nonsense over hot sauce, or walking away when asking for a different drink, hiding in the back trying to pretend to be confused about everything, definitely not a good look for the business, she also needs to dress herself a little better, more casual not just any big brown wrinkle shirt that’s not her size, little faded gray shorts and her hair not tied up in a bun, it looks like her hair was just all over the damn place Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3"

"Female Cashier maybe 40 years old seemed like it was a burden to serve me a $20 tri tip sandwich. I don 't spend $20 on lunch often, but I 've been wanting to try this place, but the annoying first impression isn 't going to keep me as a loyal customer. Maybe she was annoyed at the possible female employees sitting in the eating area with a child female toddler with no food and just complaining about a Financial Statement that was done incorrectly because I sure was. I can 't stand people that complain in public at a pricey restaurant. I would have gotten my food to dine in, but I 'm not listening to any woman that has nothing positive to talk about. I 'd rather eat under this 90 degree heat than listen to women complain about something they aren 't going to speak up about. No one wants to listen to a barking woman. If it 's bothering you that much, speak to your supervisor about your concerns, or a therapist if you don 't have the backbone, or conflict resolution skills that a workplace requires. This place may need Gordon Ramsey to rescue it because it seems like they may be in trouble. From the 20 minute conversation I had to listen to while I waited, it seems like their supervisor needs some leadership training and patience. With how much women talk, you would think they 'd be smarter about talking things out. When management gives an employee a task in the context of Accounting, don 't expect a new employee to understand what you 're asking for without training, or going over examples with them with a few practice runs. The overweight woman kept saying Overmind ; the proper use of the word according to their sentences is undermine. I asked for well done fries and they weren 't even browned. Sandwich bread wasn 't fresh. For a $20 sandwich, you would think they would make the bread fresh everyday. The bread was toasted, but you can tell when they toast it just to cover up the fact that it 's dry and not spongy like a loaf of bread is when fresh. Just thinking about this place makes me want to just eat a Cup of Noodles and just stay home, so my blood pressure doesn 't kill me while waiting."
