"I don't usually write reviews unless I've had a really negative experience, but this time I felt it was necessary. When I arrived, I tried to use the kiosk, but only one was operational, and there was no one at the front to assist. After waiting for a while, I went to pick up my food when I heard my name being called. The food attendant told me, rather rudely, that my pager hadn’t gone off and that they would call me. I sat back down, but then another attendant started yelling my name. When I approached, he snapped at me, saying it wasn’t my turn and that they would page me instead. The whole encounter felt extremely rude and unprofessional. In the end, the food they handed me was actually mine, which was clearly a mistake. Overall, the service was terrible, and I won’t be returning to this location again!"
