"This was our first time visiting Brisky’s, and it was a fantastic meal and experience. We were greeted warmly at the counter, and the staff was incredibly helpful in explaining the menu options. They were friendly and full of energy. Someone even came by to check on us and let us know that our food would be out shortly. The dishes we ordered were hot and delicious, and the wait was quite reasonable. We also had a variety of sauces at our table, and each one was excellent. We're so glad we chose to stop here after a morning of exploring St. Augustine. We will definitely come back the next time we're in the area."

"I don't know why I waited so long to try Crave! If I'm looking for a socket to eat clean and super healthy, I'll meet in demand. The fact that they close at 15:30 is actually a motivation for me to come out and get my fresh, healthy food while I can before I close time! I tried her smoothies one by one and all so delicious. I first tried the Vegan Taco meat wrap and I loved it so much that I always ordered it! I finally branch out to build my own bowl and I really appreciate their varied selection. Recently I tried the zoodles and asked myself if it was enough because it was all raw vegetables with Peanut Thai Dressing--Wow! It was enough for me and I trust that my body digests the cleanest meal. The staff is super friendly. Really the perfect experience when you eat a clean bite. My children also enjoy it! "This place has gone downhill. When we sat down, two separate groups arrived one complaining about not being seated in the area that had open tables. The other complaining about her favorite salad is no longer on the menu. The waiter offered another salad and asked if she tried it. She replied, yes minus the hair I'll pass. We had numerous things take place that management should be aware of. Don't believe we will return. We have been here numerous times which was great. Not sure what happened. This is sad. "Ordered the Benedict Arnold and the english muffin was super burnt. I gave this place a second try after at least 6 months and it was still the same experience. I ordered the same dish and the english muffin was burnt then as well. I had to ask for a steak knife to cut through it because it was so tough. I ended up not even eating it. $17 for a burnt english muffin is insane! The service was super disappointing. I took my friend and we drove 2 hrs for a mediocre experience at best. The waitress cared about serving the bigger tables significantly more. Had to ask for refills of water each time. Took 10 minutes to get a to-go box and check. Gratuities is automatically added to your check. No matter if it's one person or a group. 15% plus an additional 2% was shown on my receipt. This will be the last time I ever come here."

"Why is it that the LongHorns directly around me are not as good as the ones further away? We came down from Jacksonville to St. Augustine to visit and decided to stop in as it was nearby and we were in the mood for steak and ribs. Our server Maddy took very good care of us and even complimented my Apple watch bumper. She suggested the Perfect Margarita 100% blue agave el Jimador Tequila, Patrón Citrónge, and all-natural sweet sour) over the Texas one as it was just a house marg, nothing to write home about. Yeah, she upsold me but it was worth it. It looked so good when she dropped it off at the table and it came out with its own shaker. By the end of the meal I was able to get 2 and 3/4 drinks out of it. He got the Peach Sangria and then tried the Blazin Berry Sangria, to which he preferred the latter. The White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms roasted mushrooms, garlic herb cheese, Parmesan crust, creamy four cheese sauce) and the Firecracker Chicken Wraps Spicy grilled chicken and cheese tortillas) were so delicious! They both came out on long serving dishes and we had a small booth so we had to move some things around to make room. He ordered a 12oz Ribeye, medium well, with a side salad with raspberry vinagrette and mashed potatoes. I got the Half Rack of Ribs with broccoli and a side salad with raspberry vinagrette. When his entree came out, it looked divine, juicy, seasoned appropriately, and not so fatty. Cutting into it, we saw that it was cooked medium, which was fine because after a bite we were blown away. That steak was 100 times better than the one we had the week before. My ribs were cooked perfectly and the meat slid right off the bones. I'm glad they provided wet wipes because it was very messy. We were full as ticks and needed to walk off our food. Very happy that we had such a satisfying meal here."

The cuisine is what I would classify as italian comfort food and there are quite a fewplaces between st augustine and jacksonville that fill that void. Only casa benedettos I found to be one of the best. Items wetried included chicken francaise, ravioli with meat sauce, sausage peppers, chicken marsala. Let's not forget the freshbaked bread which was outstanding. To a person everyone enjoyed their homemade Italian dish that I would put up against anyother Italian eatery. Plenty of parking in this strip center as well. Inside and outside dining. No liquor license so it's beerand wine only. This would be our new go to italian restaurant."

"I always hate doing this... rating any vegetarian restaurant under 4 stars, but we tried to find the good here and there was not much. Strengths: All vegetarian, lots of vegan options Fairly quick service even when busy Opportunities: the tofu scramble only really had the flavor of soy sauce. For us vegans, we know Indian black salt nutritional yeast will yield a very eggt flavor for tofu scramble. As such, the first couple bites were good, but the dish became inedible halfway through because it was just tofu with soy sauce. the potatoes were very greasy and were underseasoned alone. So eating them with the tofu scramble balanced out a little but each should stand on its own. the miso soup did not taste fresh. It had this dark, burnt taste. I've literally never experienced in the hundreds of miso soups I've eaten in my lifetime. the waffle was by far the worst though. I know vegan baking (any cooking with flour) can be difficult, but this waffle was gritty and bitter. It was almost as if the batter switched the sugar and baking soda. My wife took two bites and couldn't do any more. I tried one and spit it out. The fruit was also not fresh and was bitter as well. With such high reviews, I'm so surprised at our experience. If it is a consistency issue, I hope they fix it!"

"The atmosphere and their patio for dining are lovely. The selection of food is also very good. We felt that the price point was high especially for a glass of wine (though the selections are extensive and wonderful) I had a glass of Prosecco here and it was $4 more here than what I had at another restaurant the week before, yes it was the same winery that was served at both locations. The braised short rib was cooked to perfection however too much of a Smokey flavor for me. I felt the asparagus was cooked nicely, Al dente and not stalky. Their pomme purée served with this dish was perfect. The other entree had been the scallops and we wouldn’t change a thing. They have homemade ice cream here and it was incredible. The flavors and the freshness truly shine through, I highly recommend this dessert. The Crème Brûlée was good but not over the top, once again, especially for the price point which was way too high. If it had a fusion of perhaps Amaretto , Bailey’s or Kahlua it would justify the price point."

"Went due to other reviews, but upon interviewing the staff, there is essentially nothing here a strict vegan would eat. They make all of their sauces with processed sugar (bone char is a part of that process). There is cross-contact in the food prep area as well as community fryers (they fry the veggies with the meat). They do not mention vegan or vegetarian on any part of their menu which is why I looked into their practices further. You could get a side salad with no dressing and plain tempeh on top but I wouldn't want them to cook the tempeh. If you don't mind the above mentioned, then based on other reviews this place should be fine. I ended up not eating here. I wanted to write a review for strict, ethical vegans."

"Absolutely terrible! I've been here about 3 times over the past 6 years we've lived in the area. It was bad every time. I figured maybe they'd get better but always leaved disappointed. This past trip I got brisket and turkey. The turkey was literally same stuff you get in the lunchmeat section of the grocery store. It was pressed meat. Anyone who has had FRESH turkey knows the texture I was expecting, now this was more like a rubbery lunchmeat. The brisket was bland and dry. I would call it the McDonalds of BBQ joints but that would be insulting McDonalds. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place."

"Marco and the team of Chatsworth are simple and elegant incredible!!!! They went ABOVE and BEYOND every step in work with us at my nephew and his beautiful bridal wedding. No detail was dissolved and their brunch reception was the least to say PERFECTION. We have rented the entire venue and let me say that this is the way you have an event here. There were all our rooms to spread comfortably and give them a large entrance to their sit-down brunch for 53 guests. Everyone loved every detail, the quality of food and drinks, but what they put out of the rest is their A plus SERVICE!!! We cannot say enough great things about what Marco and the team did to make this really the best day for them and us all. It will forever love how the best wedding that happened among our friends and family after everything, it was definitely worth waiting and truly spectacular in any way. it was 1 year late event due to Kovid). We know Chatsworth will always be the best choice for everyone. Thanks to Marco and the Chatsworth team for making Amber Nathan's wedding dreams a reality that will forever live in our hearts, the St. Augustine even closer and love our hearts."

"I used Purple Olive catering for my wedding last week and was highly disappointed. From the start Chef Peter was hard to get in contact with from setting up tastings to making menu changes. I had to email him several times to get a response. The venue I had my wedding and reception only works with certain caterers and out of the 4 they had on their list I thought Purple Olive was the best choice. Oh was I wrong. Day of the wedding there were a few issues… the main one being that Chef Peter served prime rib instead of the filet mignon that was agreed upon in our contract. When I emailed the chef about this he claimed that it was indeed filet mignon. I expressed that all 80 guests agreed that it was prime rib even the staff member he sent to serve us stated it was prime rib. Also we ordered shrimp etouffee and was served jambalaya. Chef Peter did not offer any remedy for the meat mix up but kept insisting we didn’t know our beef which was an insult in its own. An event as special as our wedding day the least he could have done was apologize for the mix up but he was so concerned of the cost of beef and refunding the difference that he kept insisting that all 80 of my guests didn’t know the difference between prime rib and filet mignon. I know I’m only 1 customer to his many and my review may or may not make a difference but consider it before trusting this company with your special day."

"I had a taste for some shrimp while I was hanging out in St. Augustine and a friend recommended O'Steen's. When I got there it was full and very busy. I almost got back in car when I saw all the people sitting outside, but I went in and it was seats at the counter top available. I ordered the 12 piece fried shrimp, green beans, and sweet potato casserole. Now I was already thinking to get a to go box because I normally don't eat but six shrimp. Especially when I start eating the sides. I ate the green beans first while they were nice and hot, and the hush puppies when I tell you they both was delicious, as the young kids say (They were the bomb) the food was so good I was just eating away and before I knew it I had 3 shrimp left. . Everything was so good I'm looking forward to when I go to St. Augustine again. I live in Fernandina Beach, FL area and when I go back to St. Augustine I'm going back to O'Steen's for sure. "You know those great little hole-in-the-wall-mom-and-pop shops that are a secret gem you must try? Well, this is one of them. We stopped by for some comfort food, and this was indeed comforting. We ordered the goat and a meat patty. Both were delicious and beautifully flavored. The goat was tender, mild, and seasoned well. The meat patty was spiced just perfectly. I've had it elsewhere, but they've always been a little plain and too doughy. The ones here have a nice, flaky crust that's cooked through. The owner is also a lovely, pleasant lady who gave us great service. Very warm and mind people."
