"One of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Our group of 9 had reservations, and was immediately seated. The tables and chairs were visually clean, but so sticky that I ended up wiping them down myself. I’m not sure which was worse The fact that the server (also one of the bartenders) never asked apologized and took over, or that they were that bad to begin with. Throughout the evening, I ended up bussing my own table of empty drinks and plates, had to retrieve my own napkins which we had already requested, and had overall a poor customer service experience. Of all the mixed drinks we ordered, only 1 was properly prepared the others were heavy on one liquor or another, or lacking the proper volume of a main ingredient. The food was reasonably priced, but was lackluster at best (except the fried pickles and dip which were amazing). Towards the end of the meal, I went to use the salt shaker it would not dispense anything, so I assumed the clearly visible rice had clogged the holes. To my dismay, when opened the shakers had a solid crust of dark brown solidified salt. There is no telling how long it had been since they had even been opened, but it was physically revolting to see. The location and building has promise, but the service and food fails to deliver. We will NOT be back!"
