"I ordered the Chicken Iskender from this restaurant, and honestly, it was not great. The rice was cold and seemed old, while the chicken was undercooked and had a rubbery texture. I was told to pick up my order at 6:19, and I arrived at 6:20, so I wasn't even late for it to be cold. I chose this place based on the positive reviews, as I was craving a home-cooked Middle Eastern meal, but unfortunately, I didn't find it here."

"Excellent! I am vegan and our waitress Amanda checked every item I was considering to make sure it was vegan friendly. I had the pasta with marinara and roasted portobello mushrooms. Very good! I also had marinated mushrooms and peppers. My dining mates has veal dishes and enjoyed them. For sure I will go back. Of note Amanda was the best waitress we have had in a long time."

"before the kovid this place had some very delicious vegan dishes. Last time I went there, the menu had changed a lot. all these really great dishes were gone, and the one option she had at that time was not available. they made me a bit more vegan, which was appreciated, but was not ready to compare with what they had before. probably lost their vegan chef? No matter if they are in good beer, they have one of the best choices in the city. And that's enough for me if I want to drink a beer with a friend!"

"I was one of a group of 9 there for an informal lunch meeting. Our server was very patient and attentive to us as we seemed to talk more than we ate. I ordered the turkey cobb salad with white balsamic and shallot dressing and an Arnold Palmer. My salad was extremely good in both presentation and taste, but unfortunately It lacked the avocado that was in the description. Had I not been in such a large group I would have questioned our server about that because I like avocados and it was part of the decision for my meal choice. I noticed that the woman next to me who had ordered the same salad didn't have avacado on her's either. Perhaps the kitchen was just out of this one ingredient? In any case, it did affect my score as I felt that it could have been mentioned to us and reflected in the cost of the salad."

"I had lunch this Friday afternoon. I ordered the Uncle Sam- a huge multi-meat hoagie. I could only eat 1/2 the sandwich; the other 1/2 was thoughtfully wrapped in advance to take back with me. The sandwich was great. The ambiance was inviting- the walls cluttered with humorous sayings. Special kudos to the friendly and witty young lady that took my order. This will be my go-to place for lunch when in Troy, NY."

"I'll give this a 5 because I think it deserves at least a 4. They're out on the front lines delivering when not many Chinese places are. It got here within an hour, food is solid, cooked perfectly, huge portions, they even threw in a free 2 liter. General Tso (Dragon and Phoenix especially, among the best I've had. Sweet with just a hint of spice. I dislike that they make you sign the receipt even when paying online (are they disinfecting the pen regularly? , but that is my only complaint. Hope to visit the restaurant someday. It's a gem hidden in plain sight, try it out next time you get a craving."
