"First of all I would like to say that this is a basic two star hotel and not a big deal. Check-in went smoothly; the receptionist was a bit grumpy, but that was probably due to my early arrival . In general, all employees were very friendly and helpful. I particularly noticed that older people are also given jobs. Great, considering how the work situation is in Spain today. The rustic room and bathroom were all clean and well maintained. Too bad that the television with today's possibilities only had Spanish channels on offer. Both mattresses, I had two single beds, were ok. The much-praised air conditioning actually worked perfectly. The breakfast offer in the bar was also good. I got my coffee and tostado con tomato. I was happy then. By the way, I really liked the coffee; the Americano wasn't as watered down as in many other establishments. The restaurant offer in the nearer region is very, very limited, especially on Sundays. The gas station was recommended to me... what a pity... From Monday to Saturday the bar is already open from 06:30. This is also actively used by local workers. In the evening from 8 p.m. you can get a tasty three-course menu including a drink for €13. I rate this hotel as a very good two star property. The price was low and what was offered was relatively high. Bravo, keep it up! What I wanted to mention... The area is littered with plastic greenhouses. That wasn't nice at all, especially since there were plastic scraps from the storms and plastic bottles everywhere! But this has nothing to do with the hostal, the government (as the name suggests! has to react!"
