I have NEVER had bad service or a bad meal!! Everything had always been a 10! From the bartenders who constantly want to make sure you are taken care of, to all the servers who wish the same!

I had a 21 person wedding dinner in their private dining room and it was perfect! Everyone loved the food and the staff were so kind and helpful. I would definitely host another event here in the future! Ver carta

Unfortunately, the customer service here was very slow and not very attentive. While the steak was good, the overall experience fell short. I'd prefer to go somewhere that offers both great steak and excellent service.

First time ever dinning here. I live in Las Vegas and have the pleasure of dinning at some really good steakhouse. 13 Prime Steak was a pleasant surprise. I was in Fresno for business and took a Customer there for Dinner. The menu was very extensive and creative. Not only for the cocktails but the appetizers and main menu as well. Foot tasted great. I will definitely go back next time I'm in Fresno.

Me and my husband had the Weeknight Date Night Special and it was worth it. We had the 44oz porterhouse steak to share and asked for a medium-rare temp as our main entree but it came out medium. Although it was okay because the steak is tender and it is well seasoned and goes well with our sides which is the au gratin and corn. Their peppercorn sauce is lit We ordered out of the weeknight date night menu and tried the popcorn lobster and the grilled bacon and it was soooo good. We will surely have another dinner here and will try the other items on their menu. Ver carta

You sit down and you order the Tomahawk Steak trust me you won't regret it Me and the old lady ordered this beast when we went out for her birthday and let me tell you when the waiter brought that Tomahawk steak to our table everyone could not stop looking at us We where smiling at each other because it felt like we where the center of attention and the best part about the experience was the steak was perfect The cut had just enough marbling and they sear was perfect and with a pinch of salt it tasted like you just won a Super Bowl Eating that steak I felt so good I wasn't a vegetarian, and everyone in the restaurant was great, the mood of the restaurant was casual and very pleasant

A nice place, ambience reminds me a mix of Colton's Social House, Fleming, and Ruth's Steakhouse. Dark, lively, and crowded. We had reservations here at 6:30 on a Saturday, not too busy. We most likely could have walked in but by 7:30 pm it did start to get more packed so, plan accordingly. The bar area seemed to be where it was most lively. I hadn't been to Prime 13 since it opened several years ago, not for any particular reason. We visited for a Father's Day dinner celebration as it is a local steakhouse. The restaurant is beautiful, dark but relaxed ambiance. Full for a Thursday and it seemed kid friendly which we appreciated as parents-to-be. Patrons were in very relaxed summer attire so it didn't feel so fancy that you had to dress up. They only had two mocktails, tried the one with cucumber and it was very refreshing but at $10 I felt it was a bit overpriced at only $5 less than regular cocktails. They have a pretty good date night option for weeknights so we picked two small salads, one protein dish to split and one side... Ver carta
