The cuts of steak were outstanding and they were cooked to perfection. I do not mind the price of the food when everything is absolutely perfect.as usual, another great date night!

I recently visited 801 during restaurant week and had been looking forward to trying it out for a while. The experience was fantastic! The service was excellent and I felt very welcomed and comfortable.

We love everything about our first experience here. The food was amazing and we had exceptional service. I do wish there was a baby changing station in the bathroom though. That made things very challenging. But otherwise, thanks for a great evening. Ver carta

Celebrating my son's birthday. He had a waygu steak and enjoyed every bite. All of the food was perfectly cooked. We didn't receive all of the attention we had experienced when we were there for my husband's birthday in December, but have no complaints about the service.

801 Chophouse Leawood was an excellent experience. Celebrated my Son’s and my birthday. Our server, Be’la and his wife were the best at what they do. From their food recommendations to their drink recommendations they were spot on. The quality of the food was also well worth the money. It has a little less of a steak house feel than the Chophouse in KCMO but it’s still a top tier restaurant.

Poor kitchen execution on the foie gras, marrow bones, creamed spinach and sea bass. Wait staff snafu as the actual dessert ordered for the birthday celebrant was forgotten and then delivered to the table with a smeared chocolate” happy birthday” inscribed on the plate with thumb markings. The miscues were beneath 801 Chophouse standards established by the Des Moines location. Changing the focus of the evening and memories being made to continually address the suboptimal product coming from the kitchen was not my plan. My mistake for selecting 801 for an irreplaceable special occasion without knowing the shortcomings of the Leawood location. Ver carta
