Amazing food and service! The owner gave our large group a complimentary order of popcorn chicken and sesame red bean buns. Everything was delicious and the prices are amazing. I will be coming back!

Garlic Eggplant over rice is great! The beef noodle soup is also not bad, just the beef is a bit hard to chow. The basil chicken over rice is good, a bit oily. The crispy popcorn chicken is too dry. The price is very affordable. All items are under $10.

This is one of the top Taiwanese restaurants in the city that offers fast and affordable options. I have tried many dishes here and my favorites are the Taiwanese braised pork and the dumplings. The service is quick and meals are usually served in 15 minutes or less. Ver carta

The food at this restaurant is incredibly authentic. Don't expect much in terms of decor, but the focus here is on the delicious and genuine cuisine. The dumplings and potstickers are a must-try and are exceptionally good. Apologies for not having any photos of them.

We had a 10/10 experience at A-Pou’s. Garlic eggplant with white rice was tender and sweet. Beef and noodles soup was very yummy. Sesame ball with red bean we didn’t get a picture but it was sooooo crispy and sticky and perfect! Also the staff is very caring-Thank you!!

I ordered takeout and it was delicious. The noodles tasted fresh and handmade, the soup was flavorful and worth every penny. My fiancée said the gyoza was one of the best he's ever had, even when we were in Japan. The food arrived hot and well-packaged, which was an added bonus. Ver carta

I have struggled to find authentic Asian restaurants in my area, but I was delighted to discover this gem. The prices were very reasonable compared to other nearby establishments. The beef noodles were exceptional and the braised pork belly with rice tasted just like home. This has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat.

This restaurant in the neighborhood has the best dumplings around. The thin, fresh dumplings are a standout, and the beef and broccoli dish was delicious and lean. The sesame tofu over rice was tender and satisfying, a rare find. The wonton noodle soup exceeded expectations, with perfect meat and dough. This place is a hidden gem for good food, and I can't believe I didn't try it sooner. I now consider it my go-to spot and highly recommend it to others. The staff is also very friendly and deserving of praise.

Authentic Taiwanese food at SUPER affordable prices! I just moved to NYC from Taiwan, and this has got to be my favorite Taiwanese spot so far. I bought 2 bentos for $7/each as part of the lunch special. One was the braised pork belly (pictured and the other was the stir-fried eggplant. A lot of places just dunk the pork in soy sauce, but at A-Pou, you can taste the depth of herbal flavors. Each bento also came with a side of bok choy, keeping it healthy andbalanced. Service was quick and friendly too. The store owner was trilingual, serving customers in Chinese, English, and Spanish. So happy I found this local spot!
