The Middle Eastern cuisine is delicious, and the portions are generous. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a meal with friends or family. The prices are reasonable, making it a great spot for a casual night out. Highly recommend! Ver carta

In terms of the food it's worth coming for every now and then. The service though not as much. Some of the workers are very rude While others are very courteous. The atmosphere is severely lacking but it sufficiently utilizes whatever space it has. Although you don't go to places like this for the atmosphere, you go for the foodFood: 4/5

I would give this place five stars cause their food is delicious. But, EVERY single time I get their lunches in the morning and have leftovers it goes bad before the next day. This is very dangerous because it means they aren’t properly storing their food or are serving leftovers that haven’t been reheated properly. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN EATING HERE.

I usually don’t make negative reviews but unfortunately this time I had to. Firstly, their customer service is way worst than any Bengali restaurant.secondly, Food is not warm up properly, cashiers have attitude, and they were very annoyed while cleaning the table. Mostly in the morning they serve leftovers and sometimes the food got rotten. I have heard that they served leftovers but after having the rotten leftover I am not going back anymore. Spending my money somewhere else where I can treated nice with good fresh food.Kid-friendliness: They even don’t give child seat-up chair. Very inconvenience if you go with child

ordered a couple of the goods that were on display in the storefront to bring along for a picnic on Memorial Day and take advantage of the pleasant weather. The food provided to us was cold and at least a day old, as we later discovered. It was beginning to smell as though it had gone bad, which indicated that it had not been properly stored.We called the store to talk to a supervisor about it, but the woman on the other end of the phone wouldn 't let us! Instead of trying to comprehend what happened and offer customer service, she received our complaint and started to act in a very condescending manner. I have been here many times and seen the attitude of these people that work here but never spoke up or thought of wasting my time to give a review. But , i just had it today. Soo rude and unreasonable! I ordered polao roast and tehari, and the rice was extremely dry and hard. When i told the server, his response was “polao soktoi hoy”. THANK YOU al-Aqsa for teaching us how “polao” should taste like, because we never had these in our entire life. Also their portion size is literally half plate flat, but of course the price remains FULL! Such Pathetic customer service, their behavior is as pathetic as the quality and taste of their food.
