"Alexi is the place where I had the best ravioli of my life. It's hard to believe, considering the reasonable prices at this restaurant compared to other Italian spots in Phoenix. The food is outstanding, and your portion is generous! The prices are affordable and fair. "There is plenty of street parking available, and the restaurant accepts both cash and card, serving food throughout the day and tea until closing time. It features some cool seating options in the window sills, alongside a few two-top tables lined against the walls, complemented by some comfortable chairs. The music is laid-back, creating a great atmosphere! This place is truly unique—where else can you receive free tea just for picking up litter from Grand Ave? It's gestures like this that are so needed in today's world! And the tea is absolutely DELICIOUS, thoughtfully steeped and brewed. There’s a fantastic selection displayed on the boards, and they also have a build-your-own tea area with plenty of fun choices. Not a tea connoisseur? No worries! Feel free to ask as many questions as you like— the staff is friendly and eager to assist. Additionally, they stay open late on weekends! I’m really fond of this cool and unique spot for both their tea and food offerings, as well as their creativity and commitment to the community. If you’re in the area, make sure to stop by—highly recommended! I also wanted to add that I had the frittata with arugula salad and seedy toast today, and it was absolutely delicious!"

"I visited this five-year-old restaurant for lunch, being the first customer of the day. I ordered chips, salsa, guacamole, and chicken enchiladas. The chips are remarkably thin yet sturdy enough for dipping in the guacamole, which is incredibly fresh and contains large chunks of avocado. The salsa is also fresh—not too spicy or mild, just the right amount for my taste today. The chicken enchiladas were exceptional; the only tweak I would suggest is to add some of the fresh guacamole that came with my meal. While I was there, I overheard other customers mentioning that they had such a great dinner the night before that they returned for lunch today, and that they always make it a point to stop by whenever they’re in town. The service was attentive, with staff regularly checking in to see if I needed anything else. Overall, a delightful experience!"

"Staff was beyond friendly and helpful, even through our slight ATM issues lol. Their Kratom drinks were absolutely delicious! The woman who took care of us (forget her name but she had pinkish purple hair) was SO knowledgeable about her plants, and very warm and friendly. Highly recommend this place!"

"We had a completely different dining experience this time versus 4 months ago. This time, the noise level was high, a birthday request was overlooked, and probably the most disappointing part was the previous menu (which we looked at on line) was no longer available. Prices increased considerably and the menu is extremely limited."

"Had a chance to get lunch with my daughter. She loves Panera bread Co. The food was delicious and ready in a short time. I want to say a special thanks to the staff, especially the manager who assisted us he was so kind, allowing me my birthday treat. My daughter was good for her birthday treat.....thank you so very much. Something as simple as a cookie can make a whole day.
