My first time here and I loved it! My husband has been talking about this place for years and we came for our anniversary. The food was amazing and so was the service! Thank you guys and keep up the good work!

I recently tried Kansas BBQ and absolutely loved it! Our server, Christina, was incredibly helpful and friendly, and she made fantastic drink recommendations. I also tried the sliders, which were made with a variety of meats and were all delicious. Ver carta

The best BBQ in the city and tonight we tried their Tetris-shaped ribs for the first time ever! Absolutely delicious and satisfying. Their burnt ends, brisket, and ribs are all amazing. The service is fast and very friendly every time I visit. Highly recommended for everyone. Even my family from Ohio was impressed. A must-try!

Really good food and really good service, the place could be a little tidier and cleaner however. The beef (I ordered the sandwich without the bun) was moist, flavorful and very tender. The sauces were great, especially the spicy sauce; not too hot, just awesome. The pickles were good but need another minute or so in the fryer to crisp and brown them up, don’t get me wrong I ate them all but they still could’ve been a bit better. Good strong iced tea too. Again the service was great!

I live in St. Joseph and every time I have to go to VA, we always make a pit stop at All Slabbed Up. My go-to sandwich is The Gambler, paired with a side of Slaw and Beans. My wife likes to mix it up and try different items from the menu. I always opt for the spicy BBQ sauce, while my wife prefers the mild sauce. All Slabbed Up has never let us down. When my brother visited from California and we picked him up from KCI, we made sure to take him to All Slabbed Up, despite the long drive. My brother was impressed and even wanted to see the smoked meats being prepared, but was too shy to ask. Overall, a great experience every time we visit All Slabbed Up. Ver carta

I 'm not from Kansas so this should be unbiased. This place was REAL GOOD. It was my first time eating 'burnt ends ' and boy was it tasty! The fries they serve are just amazing. My guess is that they saute some onions and toss them over fries. It was just so good. The portions were also very respectable. I ate fries and a 'burnt end 's sandwich with smoked BBQ sauce and I wasn 't bursting at the waist. The price was reasonable too as I paid a little less than $13. The scenery was too cool. We are a military family, just got a week ago. We have been asking around, to find new places to try. And lots of ppl said that All Slabbed up BBQ was the place to go. It is a small establishment, with place to eat inside and outside. Very Rustic yet down home friendly. Our waitress was very sweet, and attentive. We were greeted as soon as we entered. She took our drink orders, brought them.out quickly. Took our food order and within no time, our food came to the table. We all ordered something different : I had brisket sliders, hubby had some short ribs, some type of spicy hot burger, some more brisket, and sausage. My taste bubbles were absolutely thrilled on Friday night. We discovered All Slabbed Up in Leavenworth Kansas. The place doesn't look like that. 60's style diner seats mixed with high tables and chairs that seem in the need of painting. These are mini-dollar bills that are clamped to the walls. There is also a medium deck for outdoor dining. The menu is simple with country and Western sounding names like The Duke, Silverado, Campfire diders and tumble weed darts. The menu has the usual sandwiches, ribs, brisket and the famous KS burners. The serve soft drinks and boulevard Ale. it is a local favorite brewed in KC. We had the Silverado with Campfire taters.
