Stopped in here for the first time last week. I ordered mixed shawarma and thought it was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Prices good, too. I’ll definitely be back.

I walked in hungry and left still hungry. The portions of meat are really small, and they fill their sandwiches and platters with rice and salad instead. The food also tasted a bit stale.

Disgusting bathroom with a broken and glued toilet lid. 15 mns wait for 1 falafel wrap? Stares at me and never started it except after I went asking for it 15 mns later. 4 people behind counter. Gross! Def not going back.

They charge a delivery fee for gas, even though I only work 3 miles away... shaking my head. Their flyer states a minimum delivery charge of $10. It seems like business isn't doing so well if they're adding a fuel surcharge for customers. Ver carta

Whenever I'm in the City this is my spot. The staff are friendly, food is delicious and I've been to other Al-Sham and their restaurants are clean. I tried their new chicken sandwiched for the deal that's a steal and delicious. Definitely recommend it!

My husband had been craving New York halal food cart chicken for months. Then, I go to the aquarium with his little siblings as a tutoring field trip and we decide to get takeout here. We both got the NY chicken, and it was phenomenal. Plus, the employees were doing their best to accommodate my husband's picky younger brother. I will definitely be seeing if I can go here again when I'm in the area.
