Ambli has started serving lunch. The menu is overwhelming Mexican fare. Not Tex-Mex so don't expect refried beans and Spanish rice. The food is more what you would find in the heartlands of Mexico. Excellent lunch.

Disappointed that they don't encourage the tasting menu wine pairings that they used to do. I guess they have it once a week on Thursday now. Food still good but overall experience nothing like when we went in the past . Ver carta

Ambli Global is probably my favorite Colorado Springs restaurant. The menu changes frequently enough to remain fresh. The dishes are innovative and flavorful. Our server was friendly and attentive. I have yet to be disappointed by this restaurant.

The menu is inventive and eye-opening, the flavor and texture combinations are brilliant, I wish I could have tried every single dish! The wait staff are incredibly eloquent and well informed on the food, which was very impressive and made me feel quitespecial as a diner. (I just need to know how seaweed can be prepared so it's that crispy and strong!!

We had a wonderful experience here! We showed up during happy hour on a Saturday and enjoyed our meal on the patio. I can't recommend their drink menu highly enough—I tried the strawberry basil cocktail, and it was simply delicious! For our appetizers, we ordered Lobster Curry shots, Indian Street Food, and Sushi Crab Cake Tacos. Everything was excellent. The Indian sampler was packed with flavor, and the sushi taco offered a delightful texture, but you absolutely must try the lobster shots. They're small but absolutely perfect. This place is fantastic for brunch or a date night. I highly recommend it! Ver carta
