A hidden gem in East Tennessee! The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is outstanding (a big shoutout to John!). However, be aware that walking in without a reservation can be quite risky. Be sure to make a reservation—it’s a must-try!

The sourdough pizza has been exceptional during both of my visits! We've tried the salads, Chicken Parm, wings, and olives, along with the wine service, and everything has been delightful! It's a small restaurant with incredible flavor. I highly recommend it!

Our server, Halona, was amazing! She was very funny and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious! The focaccia with ricotta and honey for the appetizer was perfect. My bacon and shrimp risotto was exquisite, and the pasta for the lamb bolognese was cooked to perfection—al dente, just as it should be. Without a doubt, this is the best pizza place in East Tennessee! Chef Chris is fantastic, and his dishes are sure to satisfy any pizza enthusiast. They use fresh, local ingredients and showcase incredible creativity with a diverse menu. Their house-made burrata, sausage, and pomodoro sauce are just a few examples of their delicious creations. And don't forget, drinks are half price on Sundays! Be sure to come with a hearty appetite!

The restaurant has a charming atmosphere and is located just outside the bustling area of Maryville. The drink menu is impressive, but I found the food to be quite pricey. Our server was very friendly, but he did forget to bring our drinks from the bar a few times. Additionally, we experienced a long wait for our food; we ordered before the restaurant got busy, yet it still took about 45 minutes for our six dishes to arrive. The salmon was decent but not particularly outstanding. Being in a landlocked state, it’s expected to have a certain fishy odor, so it's good to manage expectations. We dined at this restaurant tonight and tried the summer panzanella, crab and bacon risotto, and mushroom pizza. The panzanella was lacking in seasoning, with the only highlight being the burrata. I was taken aback when the risotto arrived; it looked unappetizing, and I hesitated to even try it. The presentation seemed careless, and for a $34 dish, I expected much better than mediocre quality. The Benton’s bacon was soggy instead of being cooked separately, which was disappointing. I’m not sure how you can go wrong with crab, but it tasted bland.
