Had a private party in the back room. Family style meal. Service was outstanding. Food delicious. Will definitely be back.

The food is good and the prices are reasonable but the help and the wait staff and the manager and everyone in there have a terrible attitude I really wonder how this place have lasted this long with such poor human interaction

We've been visiting Anacapri for over 25 years, and the quality has remained consistently excellent. They offer the finest food and wine at reasonable prices. The owners—Joe, Maggie, and Andy—are always present, which adds to the experience. The wine shop is fantastic, and the market is great too! It's truly the best Italian food in Miami, and definitely worth the trip!

While the service was friendly, it was also inefficient, and everything was poorly prepared. The only redeeming quality was the chicken, which was cooked well, but it certainly didn’t make up for the overall disappointing experience. The night before, I had dined at one of the best restaurants I’ve ever visited (Minty Z in Coral Gables, which I highly recommend), making this experience feel like even more of a letdown. With so many great dining options in Miami, I suggest you save your money and skip this place. Ver carta

I've visited this restaurant several times, and the food is consistently excellent. However, the service has been hit or miss. Today, I went for lunch with friends, and unfortunately, our waiter was quite disorganized. He struggled to take our orders correctly, forgot a number of things, and didn’t offer cream with the coffee. He also overlooked dessert and coffee after our meals and didn’t refill our water glasses. On top of that, he mixed up our orders and we found ourselves repeating our requests multiple times. I called on a Tuesday to make reservations for my mom’s 80th celebration for Sat. Feb. 20th spoke to a lady about sitting in the private area next to the wine area. When I came in my family was sitting somewhere else inside in a corner. I was furious because it was supposed to be a special setting for my mom I wanted it to be special she’s hard of hearing couldn’t really enjoy the music or see how beautiful the place was. Their excuse was ridiculous that they couldn’t get a hold of the owner the owner was the one who made a reservation for the table at 7pm when our reservation was at 6pm. I’m still upset about it because they could of simply accommodated us instead kept apologizing said they...

Very unfortunately we did not have a good experience at Anacapri. Reviews play an important role in the this community, they help many make an informed decision about whether the business is providing a good service or not. For my husband and I, it has been the worse customer service we’ve ever experienced and directly from the “manager” Maria. In addition to having a hard time just trying to place our order and then getting the order correct. When trying to speak with Maria about the risotto with mushrooms I had taken literary one bite of, she went off on me and my husband in a very rude and sarcastic manner.
