Yesterday we went to dinner at the restaurant with a star. There the stars is the effort of the whole team. It is a beautiful place, not a detail is missing. Each bite was a surprise of flavors, everything was good, not very good. The service has been unforgettable, all very professional and attentive, we feel at home. Thanks to the whole team for such a wonderful night. We won't forget it and we'll definitely do it again. I must mention Sebastián and José for having made me discover such a beautiful place

There was not a single failure in the entire experience with Andreu Genestra's team. The kitchen, real machines. Watching them work was like watching a conductor coordinating an orchestra (in this case, an excellent conductor! . Detail, if you remove the plant in the corner next to the chef's table, you can see the kitchen bar better. The room, from Olivia, who took our reservation and welcomed us, subsequently introducing us to the head waiter and sommelier Sebastian (they wrap you up in an artfully professional way with every conversation, such is the knowledge they have , the atmosphere, the history of the menu, its ingredients and local and seasonal products. We unfortunately did not have a full experience. After first receiving a very friendly welcome, we were escorted to our table. Some snacks and our aperitif soon followed. We chose menu extreme and the surprise could begin. We were served the dishes at a rapid pace, in my opinion actually far too rapid a pace. It all tasted very good except for the croissant with pork fat. This one was really too big and not our favorite. Unfortunately, my table mate became uncomfortable, no it was not because of the food, so we ended the evening early. So we were not able to enjoy the full menu and ended the evening feeling guilty.
