"One of our favorite places to eat is the locally owned and operated Ann Tony's. Not only does it provide great food and service, but also an atmosphere reminiscent of days gone by. I had the Canadian pickerel, which is a traditional way of saying walleye fried to perfection. The generous portion was delicious, and the pommes were also tasty. My wife had a combo plate with captivating steak, lasagna, and chicken. Wow! Everything was authentic and delicious. The salads were fresh and crisp, and the house dressing was excellent. Unfortunately, we were too full for dessert. Our waitress had 20 years of experience at Ann Tony's, following in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother. The service was top-notch. I can't forget to mention the fantastic cocktails. If you're looking to escape loud, overpriced, celebrity-driven restaurants or brew pubs with generic food, then treat yourself to one of the best in central Ohio - Ann Tony's."

Ann Tony's has been a West Jefferson Icon for (I believe) over 50 years!!! Food is ALWAYS good and when mixed with great friends, how could you go wrong!!!

Best Italian food ever! The sauce is awesome! The chicken parmesan is the best I've ever had. It is well worth the 20 miles from Worthington to West Jefferson!

This charming little restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and delicious food. The decor is rustic and the staff is friendly and attentive. The menu features a variety of steak and seafood options at reasonable prices. It's a rare find compared to the hustle and bustle of Columbus. We will definitely be returning.

This restaurant is overpriced. They didn't have ice for our drinks unless we ordered alcohol because of a health warning. The salad we upgraded to as an antipasto was disappointing - it was barely a salad and they charged us $6 for it. There was not even 75 cents worth of salad on the plate, and I only counted 5 small cubes of salami in it. Our bill came to $80 and it was not worth it. We were very disappointed.
