"This place was good when it first opened and I've recommended it to many friends and family but after this weekend I won't be back. Called in a take out order. Went in 15 minutes after they said it would be ready and the young man in the kitchen said he hadn't started it yet. Ok, no problem, he was obviously overwhelmed and didn't know what to do so I decided to cancel the order. I'm waiting for the bartender's attention to let him know so that they don't make the order and have it go to waste. Meanwhile, the bartender has been serving a group of ladies who walked in right after me with two dogs inside at the bar (rude). As he finishes serving the group of ladies, a group of guys walks up and he starts talking to them. It's frustrating to be treated like you're invisible so I say something to my partner. The bartender must have heard because he then says to me that he wasn't helping them and then looks at me like I'm an alien. This is a poorly run business and staff have no customer service training."

"I have been wanting to go to this lodge/ restaurant for a while now, and I'm glad I finally did! My wife and I went here for our 16th anniversary. All of the staff (especially desk staff) were friendly, helpful and enthusiastic! They served delicious food and drinks, made to order. The prices were lower than what I was expecting for excellent quality food and drink. The hostess that was present for breakfast was busy but still seated us in the lounge area, and then provided excellent service. Me and my wife will recommend this experience to our friends and family and we will be back again soon. We purchased passports and that added a fun element to the experience, being able to collect the stamps and prized, although I admit I didn't realize how in depth it is going to be to finish the passport for a completionist such as myself. We ate and drank at the Cove Bar, cloud bar, and the lounge/ restaurant and our experience was great! My wife said she had a great time from beginning to end. Thank you for a great experience, that's only 30 minutes from my home lol"

"Went into the bar hedi was he bartender .we ordered 3 bloodly Mary's and first thing she stood there and proceeded to talk to the only other person at the bar .. before starting to make the bloody Mary's and about 9 mins later she made them she put them on the end of the bar ..instead of bringing them to our table .. after we tasted them all 3 they were so bad we could not drink them . Way to much horse radish ... so we told her and in stead of fixing them .. she said all we do is complain. And processed to tell us to leave .. let me just tell you we have been going there for 13 years and had no problem with any one .. we love mel.. and the rest .. I have now heard that if hedi don't like you she just 86 people from the bar and restaurant.. we did nothing wrong.. she is a very unprofessional person.. that doesn't like many people ans should not be running your bar .. some one needs to ask her how many customers she has sent away from your restaurant and bar.. maybe you Jeff and Yolanda should really look at your manger of the bar . She not a nice person....your loosing customers because of her.. just saying..."

The food was exceptional, scoring a perfect 5 out of 5. The Egg Flower Soup and Hot and Sour Soup are must-tries, both being delicious and well-prepared. The Crab Puffs were delightful, and the General TSO's Chicken was spot on—full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Don't forget to order the BBQ Pork Fried Rice; it’s a fantastic accompaniment to the main dishes. The service was also top-notch, earning another 5 out of 5. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was decent, though not as inviting as I had hoped, which is why it received a 3 out of 5. Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit for a satisfying dinner at a reasonable price."
