Antonio's Pizzeria - Carta

I was denied service from this restaurant because I had my service dog with me. I am a wheelchair bound quadriplegic. Clear violation of ADA law.

The food here is surprisingly great for a small-town restaurant in a pleasant area that's welcoming to tourists. The waitress was very attentive, despite how busy she was!

I'm local, and 80% of my takeout comes from Antonio's and China Garden. They are both great, inexpensive options when visiting downtown. I hope they keep up the good work. ? Ver carta

We came with a wheelchair bound person and their service dog and were told we couldn’t dine bc we didn’t have “papers” which isn’t a legal thing to require under ADA law. We tried to share this but they refused to seat us.

We enjoyed a fantastic slice of pizza for lunch, so we decided to come back for dinner. We had stuffed shells and pasta with oil and garlic, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious! This restaurant made our visit to Jim Thorpe truly enjoyable. Thank you!

I ordered a pizza to go, and while I was waiting someone else purchased a soda can and the same guy making the pizza touch the money open the register put the money in, gave the change to the customer and went back to touch the pizza without washing their hands I could not believe it, I just left. I did not pay for the pizza! Ver carta

We were asked to leave the restaurant after already being seated and waiting because we couldn’t provide documentation for our service dog, which, by law, no business is allowed to request. The waitress was also quite rude about the situation. She didn’t mention any requirements when she seated us, and only after we had waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order did she ask for proof of paperwork.

We had a great experience at Antonio’s Pizza in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, during our visit on a Tuesday night in August. Despite a thunderstorm brewing and a quieter-than-usual evening, our server Tracy managed everything wonderfully. She was doing double duty, making deliveries while serving us, yet everything was seamless. Antonio’s offers gluten-free options, which was perfect for our son who enjoyed a large pepperoni pizza on a gluten-free crust. My wife and I shared the vegetable lovers pizza, which was decent. We sat down and there were cob webs on the walls, there was a half alive bug on the plate when she handed it to me, i said nothing about that stuff. Before we even got our drinks the waitress (high tight bun) sat and gossiped with her friend while we sat there and watched. The weird atmosphere was made even stranger by netflix being open on the tv with nothing playing. When she came to our table to see if we were ready I said “No, but we’d like to order drinks” and she said “One minute” and went to take the drink order of the table next to us who had came in AFTER us.
