We got there at 6:30 ordered drinks and appetizers right off! We were done with the appetizers before our drinks got there! We ordered when our first drinks got there and after over a hour of waiting for our food and other drinks we just left!! This has happened several times and we will it be good ng back! We called in and the manager gave us terrible excuses saying they were busy and clearly they were not!! Horrible experience!! Service: Dine in

The food didn’t meet expectations, earning a low rating for its taste and presentation. Service was also lacking, with delays and inattentiveness noted throughout the meal. On a positive note, the atmosphere was decent, providing a comfortable setting despite the other shortcomings. Overall, it didn’t quite hit the mark.

I can’t recall the last time I visited an Applebee's. While I was in Duncan, my colleague, who hadn’t been in a while, was craving it, so we decided to go. First, the downside: like many eateries these days, it was noticeably understaffed. However, the good news is that the staff on duty was fantastic, and the food was definitely worth it. We tried the appetizer sampler platter, and I ordered the Whole Lotta Bacon Burger. The mini quesadillas and the hot spinach artichoke dip really stood out. Honestly, the burger was one of the best I've ever had—perfectly seared, topped with fresh veggies and just the right amount of sauce. It was exceptional.
