Applebee's - Carta

I had an unexpectedly perfect burger at Applebee's in Ann Arbor. It was simply delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Food is ok here, good for casual dinning with family and friends. But the service is far from satisfying, long waiting for everything...

Nice location, convenient to the University of Michigan athletic campus. A large sunroom seating area and happy hour specials. One of the nicer Applebee’s locations overall. Ver carta

Interesting. Rib was okay. Potato fries was so so. But the wing with Cheetos taste was really intriguing. It was my first time to eat this type of wing and I didn’t expect this tasty. Good and cheap (maybe) restaurant I think…

Last min decision going here after we lost power in Milan. LOVE that they're open late. I went in looking a hot , overtired mess and was treated with kindness and understanding. The 2/$25 deal is great. We had leftovers to take home. Great service all around.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Applebee's. I brought my entire family and all of our orders came out promptly and were delicious. My personal favorite dish was the broccoli chicken alfredo. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, greeting us at the door and seating us quickly, which was especially appreciated since we had a group of 8. Ver carta

I came on Saturday after toys and had a few drinks and ashley was so amazing. dylan also helped us and had a friendly spirit. ashley crushed it behind the bar. a guy at her bar was so rude, but she kept her smile and crushed it. this applebee is great for playing drinks. they even have specials from the bartender. so glad you're back. in any case they come to check them

There was hair in our chips. There was hair in my brother's entire sandwhich. There was hair in my mashed potatoes. They took 2.5-3 hrs for the entire meal. Service was awful. The waitress was sweet but didn't check on us but maybe twice. The manager after literally watching me pull a hair out of mashed potatoes, still tried to have me pay the whole portion of my part of the bill. I will not be tipping. Service was horrible and the food was nasty. This was my brother's birthday dinner. This place is just out right awful and disgusting.

On Sun we ordered Curbside to GO . The food was to be ready by 6:15.. I got there around 6:20. 40 minutes later they brought my food out.. I understand being busy, and backed up .a lady that arrived after me got her food shortly after she got there.. I was told they refried our fries so they would be fresh.. meanwhile my husband ordered classic BACON cheeseburger lettuce wilted and bun soggy and guess what NO BACON.. my daughter n I both got riblet platters and they where borderline cold.. We missed having Applebee's, it's better to go in so if it's wrong they can fix it in a timely fashion oppose to calling and waiting 2 days for a manger to call you back..still waiting Ver carta
