"My husband and I decided to stop in and enjoy a comfort food dinner together after a long day. We were promptly seated at a table in the bar upon entry, and wait staff greeted us after only a few minutes of looking at menus. Our drinks appetizer were served very quickly, which was nice. That is where the pros end. My meal (4 cheese Mac n cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders ... It was doused with cilantro-so much so that it was all I could taste, and there was no way to scrape it off. After a few bites, I called our waiter over and explained, asking for a replacement. As I didn't want my husband to wait for me and eat cold food, I told him to go ahead and continue with his meal, thinking my replacement wouldn't take long as the restaurant wasn't very busy. After about 25 minutes of waiting and my husband having long finished his meal, my meal came out, (served by a shift leader or manager? who didn't bring a fork or apologize. She did say she had a replacement bread stick coming out for me as well, but after waiting several minutes for a fork and another 15 minutes for a hot breadstick, I'd lost my appetite completely. $70 for the worst meal I have ever experienced at any Applebee's was ridiculous. The pasta was undercooked but I felt it would be rude to speak up again. If I weren't afraid to offend anyone, I would have left it on the table after taking only a few bites- but instead took some with me in the box that was brought to our table along with my meal. Side note-the shrimp in my husband's steak and parmesan shrimp meal tasted microwaved and Luke warm from the start. We are from New England and have had wonderful experiences at other establishments in this area. This was a Horrible experience, a waste of our time and money. My advice-avoid this location at all costs and keep driving past.Parking: Ample parking available on weeknights."

This is one of our favorite restaurants in town. Very friendly staff and great food every time. It is located by highways and very easy to get in and out. Highly recommend.

This restaurant consistently delivers great service, with friendly managers and servers who go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful experience. The staff appears genuinely happy to be working here, and the quality of the food is always excellent.

The Manager, Rachel was extremely accommodating for a wedding rehearsal dinner for our party of 10. Our waiter, Marcellus was a fantastic server Rhonda the hostess was very friendly welcoming! I can't thank them enough for turning a difficult evening (from a different restaurant chain in Parsippany), into a very happy evening! Our food was great also

I 'm from Boston came out to Jersey for my bday weekend w|my family& got a Telly down the street from there and the service was very fast and accommodating. My son very much enjoyed his meal. The food was great for just a quick good bite to eat. They also have this new drink Draculas Juice BOMB! Definitely would recommend this Applebee 's and try to get Janelle as your waitress she was amazing !

Service was horrible. Stood in-front of the rest for awhile before being seated. Upon being seated I waited over 10 mins to be greeted. Once she took our order she didn't return until my food was basically done. All I ordered was a classic sampler appetizer and a basket of fries for me and my daughter to share since we just finished shopping at target. My drink was watered down cause it was sitting at the bar waiting to be ran and my mozzarella sticks were cold too. Horrible experience. Ver carta

Never come here on a Friday of 5:30 for some reason, unless you wait for an hour to sit up. Other bars/grills are nearby, which can accommodate you much faster, including Buffalo Wild Wings, Longhorn Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse etc. I don't blame the staff at all: I am sure they are incredibly overwhelmed with all these young children who have transformed this place into a hangout, but this place is no longer for the workers who want to enjoy a few cold and a dinner with colleagues. I will not just come back because there are other options that my group can supply with alcohol and appetizers / wings / burgers etc. much faster and more efficient than this place can.
