"I visit this place fairly often, but I've noticed that some of the employees seem to bring their personal issues to work. Today, the woman managing the drive-thru had a really poor attitude and was quite rude, nearly shouting at us. When we expressed our concerns to another employee, they justified the behavior by saying the first employee was alone, which didn't make sense since we were talking to a second staff member. Regardless, it's not the customers' responsibility if the restaurant is understaffed. It felt like she was trying to get us to modify our order to avoid cooking, and the food we did receive was overcooked. The roast beef, in particular, tasted burnt."

I ordered a sandwich but forgot to specify what kind of fries I wanted. I ended up receiving curly fries instead of crinkle fries. When I asked for crinkle fries, the young male employee questioned why I hadn’t specified. While I admit I should have mentioned it, he should have asked me before deciding on the fries. So, I recommend making your preferences clear when ordering to avoid any confusion.
