"I was in town on business and decided to check this restaurant out. The place had a charming ambiance with gas station signs and vintage trucks, which I loved. I ordered the pulled pork plate, and the smoky flavor was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, even though I eat at a BBQ spot almost every week. It definitely caught my attention! The portion sizes were generous, there was a great selection of sauces, and the service was prompt and very friendly. If I didn’t live 2.5 hours away, this would definitely be my go-to spot for BBQ!"

"Hibby's is place to go once you've done all your day trips in around West Plains. The parking lot is always packed because the food and service is fantastic!! Stop in, grab some fried green beans and a Yankee pot roast sandwich. Don't forget to ask for Wilma, she's a great waitress that won't steer you wrong! She was very attentive and didn't look at me funny when I asked for au jus for the sandwich. Overall reviews don't do Hibby's justice, just take the town's word for it. Thank you, Wilma and thank you, Hibby's! "This was our first visit, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. We stopped by for lunch and all ordered pizza, which turned out to be the best we've ever had. We gave 4 stars for service simply because there wasn't much interaction beyond bringing our food to the table. You place your order at the counter, and drinks are self-serve bottled sodas and similar options. However, the gentleman working there was very polite and courteous. We highly recommend this place!"

"Perhaps if the prices matched the quality of the food, I would consider giving it a 3-star rating. However, as it stands, I find the food to be quite mediocre. It was clear that everything was either canned or frozen. My burger seemed like it was pre-formed from a freezer, which is not what I expect from a diner. The green beans were definitely from a can. My wife ordered the meatloaf, and she insisted it tasted more like stuffing. She wanted to order from the Club menu, but they don’t even serve carved turkey—just deli meat. Overall, while the meal was reasonably priced, it could definitely be a bit cheaper for what it was. My bacon cheeseburger wasn’t terrible, but it certainly didn’t stand out. My wife was thoroughly disappointed with her meal. To make matters worse, we both had to rush to the bathroom almost immediately afterwards. I don’t plan on eating here again, which is why I’m giving it a 2-star rating. This experience was just another reminder that it's often cheaper and tastes better to eat at home. I'm tired of being let down. What frustrates me the most is that I chose this restaurant based on its high ratings, but I just don’t believe it deserves more than a 3. Don’t be fooled, folks. P.S. Please stop offering margarine packets for the rolls; they taste like soap and ruined the roll for me. That alone set a negative tone for the rest of the dining experience, showing how cheap they are by not even providing real butter."
