I can't believe they offer 50-cent ice cream for the kids—what a deal! The food is decent for fast food, and we always enjoy seeing the assistant manager when we visit. The service is excellent, and they really pay attention to their customers. Highly recommend!

The staff working tonight was incredible! They were very clear on the microphone during our order and ensured that everything was correct, even when we mumbled. When we reached the pick-up window, they went above and beyond to fulfill our requests and even offered us more than we asked for. They wished us a good night and a happy holiday as we left.

The food is usually good, but this time they have the order completely wrong. I asked about NO SAUCE on my burger and it was broken into ketchup. I've never had any problems, but now I'll think twice about coming back here. The cashier has what we ordered and it was still wrong. And we were the only people there. Waited 30 minutes for a simple order, so they gave us free lunch tickets as an apology along with my half melted ice cream cone. We went to use them a few days later, and I ordered a shake and a couple other things. The shake tasted awful, like the ice cream had completely soured. They forgot about the rest of my order and I waited 15 minutes more. Never coming back again.

Went and tried their new crispy chicken sandwich and was greeted in the middle of my sandwich by an unpleasant surprise. I would rate 1 star but I went in and showed them my sandwich and they let me pick any item off the menu let's just say I was not feeling chicken anymore ? They apologize I took my free shake and left but never again will I eat chicken from here or anywhere anytime soon either. Ver carta

I informed them I was now just stuck in line and had already waited a long time.They then served all the cars in front of me very slowly without parking any of them. When I yelled up to the window to parkthe cars some employee yelled at me to be patient. The guy with the headset was polite but the other guy failed to understandthe situation and reacted inappropriately as a result. Seek first to understand, boys, and try to remember who the customer is.

We went to this Arctic Circle because we decided it has been a minute since we went there. Me and my wife ordered a Crispy Chicken Combo meal. We paid $18 total for both meals. Look at the quality of our chicken sandwich! Hardly a squirt of mayo and that's it. On top of that, we sat in the drive through for 20 minutes with one car in front of us just to be asked to pull out front and waited another 10 to 15 minutes. Very unhappy with this place. We will stick to the south arctic Circle. At least the employees try down there. We were so mad about this that we didn't even want to go in and talk to them about it because I'm sure it would have been at least another 20 to 30 minutes to fix it. ? Ver carta
