Fantastic hotel with excellent rates. We've stayed here several times in the past few months while my father was in hospice care. The staff was incredibly attentive and took wonderful care of us during this difficult time. Ver carta

This is our third visit to the hotel and our second stay! We really appreciate how friendly the staff is. Thomas, the food and beverage manager, leads a fantastic team, and the front desk staff is wonderful as well! During our chess tournament this weekend, their hospitality has been truly appreciated. I have never had better service than this. I came in at 9:30pm in need of a room after a long day of traveling chaos and they helped me in every way possible. They made sure I was comfortable, had what I needed and it was a wonderful experience. This place is beautiful and clean. Thank you so much Carlos and Nicaise for your hospitality!

Seems like the whole building had an update pretty recently. All of the employees I interacted with were patient and polite. The location is very convenient to the interstate and there are good food options for breakfast lunch and dinner nearby. And as a big plus in my book, the air conditioner works very well. If I'm ever in this area again I would stay here. Ver carta

This place was horrible, the service was awful and the room was horrible my bed was next to a joint-room door and I could hear every word next door, the noise their phone makes when it charges and every word coming from the tv. The room was dirty and out dated the fake balcony/windows had mold and paint on them. Hilton now has customer service internationally so good luck with any customer service. Dirty rooms and a gap from the entry door to the floor big enough I can fit my entire hand under.The place has nice pictures online but it’s empty and let go. Is Hilton going out of business or were they bought out.

Clarification: this only applied to the night staff on shift. The folks we dealt with in the morning were fantastic and helpful.Rude, unfriendly, and useless staff.Checked in online, as the rest of my group was arriving before me. They were turned away and not allowed into the room even an hour after the allowable check-in time. Forced to leave and wait elsewhere for 3 hours until I could arrive. I know I was checked in as I just walked straight in without their assistance.Edit: To reply to the very kind words by the staff, their name was on the reservation. As I confirmed with the staff when I checked in online and can be looked up with the reservation.

As for nearby activities, the hotel is close to an older mall that is currently being revitalized, so the surrounding area boasts various amenities and fantastic restaurants. There's a Red Lobster in the same parking lot, just a short walk away. Plus, a water park and mini-golf park are just a short drive from the hotel. Regarding safety, the hotel is well-lit in the evening and situated in a secure area. However, since you're in Phoenix, it's always wise to remain vigilant. The area surrounding the hotel is very walkable, with other nice hotels nearby. The trees provide ample shade, and there are plenty of businesses open in the vicinity.
