"We've eaten at DePalma's a number of times and it is always reliable and solid. On a really good night, it trends toward five stars. Last night was one of those nights. We each had a pasta and the meal was exceptional. Service was attentive. Most of the servers seem to have worked here for a while, and the service is pretty consistent. The pizzas are good and a good value. The lunch menu is an exceptional value. This is just a great neighborhood Italian restaurant."

"Very bad customer service at the drive thur my order was all wrong i had to repeat my order to get all my food the guy at the window was not neat face and hair was not groomed i had to call for the manager to continue my order this happened around 5:50pm this was off of Hawthorne ave in Athens ga just know im not going back there store need to be improved or closed down completely honestly i would not give no stars at all for the simple fact not groomed well unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to customers taking orders and last but not least no receipt .just poor customer experience will not be going back ask for my money back to he act like he didn't want to give it back so i did file a complaint do not go there at all order was a hot mess ?"

"Covid update. They are open for inside and outdoor dining. Masks are required until you?re seated. Employees all had masks on. I had the shrimp wrap special one Friday, and it was absolutely delicious. It had a very nice chipotle flavor. My husband, as always, got the Cuban, which he loves. I also, as always, got a bowl of the Brunswick stew with cornbread. My only regret is that I?m not again eating this meal right now. No changes to the parking, but there?s a big grocery store parking lot right next door. Still highly recommend. Have been here a few times. Very cute and intimate place for breakfast and lunch. I?ve had the over easy eggs, the Cuban sandwich, and the Brunswick stew. One of my favorite places in Athens to get Brunswick stew, actually. There is not a lot of seating, not very much parking, and it gets pretty packed at lunchtime, so I would advise against going during peak hours."

"A small restaurant tucked away in a gas station serving up amazing Mexican food (They have seating in a separate section from the has station store). They have a toppings and sauce bar to garnish your dishes with. I recommend the Pozole soup if you want something warm and comforting. The burritos and tacos are always great, too.The food always comes out quickly!"

"I give two stars because I really enjoy subway in general, and my food was delicious. The problem is the staff. There was only one employee, on a Saturday at 12 noon, in a place that remains the most busy. This is unacceptable. I'm a patient. I was there in a total of 45 minutes, which is ridiculous. She obviously needed help. She was on her phone and asked many people for help. An employee of the adjacent service station came by and said that she had asked one of the Dairy Queen staff (also in the service station) to come and help. The subway staff said: I don't want their help, their nothing but drama?. Of course, as a customer who waited for half an hour, I don't care if they bring drama, I just want my sandwich. She allowed him to help gratefully and he was great. He was fast, polite and professional. I think whoever does the scheduling should do a better job so that they work more people during the lunch break. She should never call for help and serve customers at the same time. It's rude and it's careless and it took too much of her time. She was frustrated and stressed, and she had a good reason to be. Management should work better."
